At last, with a narrow majority, the decision was made: Konoha would agree to form an alliance with the Cloud Shinobi.

But there was one condition, Fourth Raikage Ay had to co in person to Konoha to finalize the alliance.

Unlike in the ani, where Cloud Shinobi sent naless emissaries, this ti Konoha demanded respect. If they wanted peace, they needed to show it properly.

Shortly after, as they awaited a response from Cloud, Tsunade turned her attention back to the case of the mysterious disappearances in the village. anwhile, Guts welcod the Hyuga clan the following morning.

Hyuga Hiashi and his wife arrived as promised, bringing with them a small girl in a pink kimono, barely more than a bundle of fluff. Her na: Hinata.

Kurenai and Anko imdiately lit up.

"Ahhh, she's adorable!"

"Lord Guts," said Hiashi, kneeling formally, "Hinata turns three next month. As agreed, I hope she can begin her training under you."

Mrs. Hyuga gently nudged Hinata forward. The shy girl hesitated behind her mother's kimono.

"Hinata, go say hello to your Sensei," her mother coaxed softly.

Guts, lounging cross-legged on the tatami, crooked a finger with a mischievous grin. "Co on, Pikachu."

Kurenai whacked him lightly on the shoulder. "She's not a puppy, you know."

Then she knelt down, opening her arms with a warm smile. "Co here, Hinata."

Timidly, Hinata shuffled forward, her steps small and uncertain, and finally dove into Kurenai's embrace.

"So cute I might explode!" Kurenai squealed.

anwhile, Guts reached out and tousled Hinata's carefully combed hair.

"Hey! Don't do that, you'll scare her!" Kurenai scolded.

But Anko, grinning wickedly, joined in, ruffling Hinata's hair from the other side.

"You two are the worst," Kurenai said with an exasperated laugh.

Hinata whimpered softly and squird in Kurenai's arms, clearly overwheld.

Mrs. Hyuga watched nervously. Was this really okay? Her daughter was timid and sensitive… would Guts really be a suitable teacher?

But Hiashi looked satisfied. This bond—no matter how chaotic, was real. It ant Hinata was now closely tied to Konoha's strongest figure.

A few days later, a ssage arrived.

Cloud Shinobi had accepted Konoha's terms.

Fourth Raikage would lead a delegation to sign the alliance agreent himself.

This flipped the script completely. Once upon a ti, the Second Hokage had gone to Cloud. Now, it was Cloud's turn to bow.

That evening, Tsunade returned ho for once instead of sleeping in her office.

"So… who's coming with the Raikage?" Guts asked with a casual grin.

"His guards, and the perfect Jinchūriki Yugito Nii. She's the Two-Tails host, only a bit younger than you and Kurenai, but already a strong kunoichi."

"Isn't it risky to let a Jinchūriki into the village?" Kurenai asked.

Tsunade shrugged. "You know how Cloud is. Ever since Grandfather Tobirama's assassination by Ginkaku and Kinkaku, they've been paranoid. If they don't bring firepower, they don't feel safe."

Guts chuckled. "Hah, funny how the tables have turned. Last ti, it was Konoha walking into a trap. Now they're the ones making the trip."

Tsunade looked thoughtful. "Still, I think it's best if you stay out of the spotlight. You did kill the Third Raikage, after all."

Guts smirked. "Fine. But next ti, I'm taking you and Kurenai at once."

Both won blushed furiously.

"You pervert!"

As fate would have it, the Fourth Raikage's arrival coincided with Hinata's third birthday.

The Hyuga family sent Hinata to Guts's house a day early, choosing to skip the ceremony and avoid drawing attention.

That morning, Guts was holding Hinata up like a trophy.

"Weee~!"

"You're surprisingly fun," he chuckled, lifting her higher. Her small giggles turned to a soft pout.

"Uuuu~ Sensei Guts, please don't bully ..."

"I didn't even do anything yet," Guts said, rubbing her forehead.

"How about this? I tie you to a balloon and float you into the sky. Or maybe throw you into the rainforest with a pack of wolves for training."

"Waaaaah~"

On the other side of the village, Fourth Raikage and his envoys arrived on Konoha's streets.

Among them, the silver-haired Yugito Nii walked calmly, scanning her surroundings with alert eyes. She was young, confident, and carried the heavy power of the Two Tails with elegance.

Cheers echoed from both sides of the street as the Cloud delegation reached the Hokage building.

In front of the Hokage Building, Tsunade, Minato, Fugaku, and other key figures stood ready.

Orochimaru, who hadn't been seen in weeks, appeared silently among them, his usual creepy aura in full effect.

"Welco to Konoha, Fourth Raikage," Tsunade greeted formally.

After exchanging pleasantries, Ay looked around.

"Where is the Hero who stopped the Nine Tails?" he asked directly.

Tsunade smiled politely. "He's feeling under the weather today. Resting at ho. We hope Lord Raikage understands."

No one believed that excuse for a second.

Everyone in the room, even the Cloud Shinobi, knew better.
