Was Hashirama strong because he was made of Hashirama cells, or was Hashirama cells strong because they were inside Hashirama?
This question has plagued the scientists of the shinobi world for decades, with no definitive answer.

Though, there is also another factor at play here, because, the result of the enhancent will exactly be dependent on the affinity of the shinobi with nature chakra.
Therefore, soone like , or people from the senju clan, who have high natural affinity, will have the greatest benefit from this nature chakra enhancent.
