Uchiha Clan eting
Compared to the excitent and joy of previous Uchiha clan etings, this one felt unusually heavy and oppressive.

The somber atmosphere was shattered by a loud clap. Uchiha Tetsuhiko, wearing a Jonin vest and with a black mark on his forehead, slamd his hands on the table and stood up abruptly.
"What does the Third Hokage want to do? That pill was developed with the full support of our Uchiha clan. He didn't stop it when it was being developed, but now that it's successful, he wants to take the credit?"
"This is a suppression of our Uchiha clan; he doesn't want to see our power grow!" Another Uchiha Jonin, Uchiha Inahiko, standing next to Tetsuhiko, spoke angrily.
Many Uchiha mbers present at the eting chid in.
The effects of the pills had been exaggerated within the clan, especially with several successful cases like Uchiha Akihiko, Inahiko, and Tetsuhiko. Their eye power and strength had indeed increased significantly in recent tis.
During the last clan eting, the three of them had amazed everyone with their skills.
Now, all the Uchiha Jonin were looking forward to the next batch of pills, but the orders from the higher-ups in Konoha were unacceptable to them.
"We can't let the Third Hokage succeed! Clan Leader!" Tetsuhiko looked at Clan Leader Uchiha Fugaku.
"This is not the Third Hokage's intention."
Seeing the clan mbers getting agitated, Fugaku raised his hand to signal everyone to calm down.
As the clan leader, his presence and the reputation he had gained helped to quiet the anxious Uchiha mbers, who now awaited his next words.
"Shisui, please explain the situation," Fugaku said, directing his gaze toward Shisui Uchiha, who had been standing quietly among them.
"Shisui?"
"What does he have to do with this?"
"Isn't Shisui under Lord Orochimaru?"
"Does he have news from Lord Orochimaru?"
Whispers filled the air, and all eyes turned to Shisui as he stepped out from the crowd, a bit shorter than the others and still growing.
"This is not the Third Hokage's intention; it cos from the leader of ROOT, Danzo Shimura, and the two advisors," Shisui said calmly, under the watchful eyes of many clan mbers.
"How do you know that?" one Uchiha mber frowned.
"Lord Orochimaru told ," Shisui replied calmly, facing the skepticism.
"It's that guy Danzo again!"
At the ntion of Danzo Shimura's na, the Uchiha present began to grit their teeth. If there was anyone they disliked among the Konoha higher-ups, it was definitely Danzo.
He was the one constantly seeking trouble with the Uchiha clan. Even though they were sowhat isolated, they were well aware of Danzo's attitude towards them.
"We will discuss Danzo later; what we need to determine now is Orochimaru's stance," a gentle voice interjected. Shisui's gaze shifted to a steady-looking middle-aged man.
Uchiha Yashiro!
He was one of the few calm mbers of the clan, known for his analytical abilities and leadership skills. When Fugaku beca clan leader, Yashiro's support was crucial in quickly resolving internal disagreents and solidifying Fugaku's position.
"Lord Orochimaru's stance is that we can continue the research and supply the pills, but the support must not waver," Shisui reiterated Orochimaru's words.
"What about Danzo and the advisors? Can he refuse?" Uchiha Yashiro looked pleased for a mont, but then his expression turned serious.
Although Orochimaru's stance was good news, without resolving the issues with Danzo and the advisors, no one could be certain about the outco.
"The Technology Developnt Departnt still has autonomy since the village doesn't provide funding," Shishui said seriously to his clan mbers, following Orochimaru's intentions.
"The information Lord Orochimaru received indicates that this proposal was not approved by Lord Third. It was simply a command issued by Shimura Danzo, using the Third's na."
"I knew that old dog Shimura Danzo would cause trouble!" an angry Uchiha Jonin exclaid.
The Uchiha clan had accumulated a lot of resentnt, and more than half of it was related to Danzo. If possible, anyone present would wish for Danzo to suddenly drop dead or die on the battlefield.
"This ti we are in the right! The funding for the Technology Developnt Departnt cos from our Uchiha clan, so it is only natural that they develop pills to enhance our Sharingan."
"After all, our significant investnt has already affected the training and lives of so clan mbers. Clan Leader, you can raise objections to the Third at the next Jonin eting." Uchiha Yashiro did not join his clan in venting emotions but spoke directly to the clan leader, Fugaku.
"I will. I will first communicate with Lord Orochimaru," Fugaku nodded in agreent. He looked at Shishui, feeling very satisfied.
The Uchiha clan lacked channels to obtain information from the Konoha's higher-ups. There wasn't a single Uchiha in the Anbu, nor any near the Hokage. Due to the Uchiha's pride, they did not have close relations with other clans.
Aside from the Jonin etings, the entire Uchiha clan had no way to know what was happening at the higher levels until events unfolded.
But now that Shishui was here, they finally had a way to access information more proactively. At least for now, it seed that Shishui was highly regarded by Orochimaru.

Minato Namikaze smiled and praised Kagetsu, who could use the shadow technique without needing hand signs. "Being able to do this shows your mastery of the nature and form changes in Yin chakra."
"If I rember correctly, most of the Nara clan's primary chakra types are Yin chakra, right?"
"Yes," Kagetsu nodded.
"Yin Release chakra consus ntal (spiritual) energy and affects the body. To be honest, given the Nara clan's physique and your age, using Yin Release to this extent is very talented, even among the gifted Nara clan," Minato said sincerely.
Most ordinary ninjas have one or two initial chakra attributes from the five basic elents: lightning, water, wind, fire, and earth. These chakra types are refined from a mixture of ntal power and physical strength.

Kagetsu Nara has made rapid progress in the shadow secret arts of Yin Release chakra, not only because of the Nara clan's strong ntal power but also due to the added physical attributes from his system.
This physical enhancent allows Kagetsu to expend ntal energy and extract more Yin Release chakra. He can produce more chakra than his peers of the sa age and remain active longer without worrying about the heavy burden on his body.
Although he usually appears lazy, he is not in as poor a condition as other clan mbers who need dicine to maintain their health.

It should be able to seal soone's mind, control their body, and read their deep mories. This requires a brain that processes information very quickly, which you possess as a mber of the Nara clan. What I can help you with is examining the effectiveness and accuracy of the sealing techniques," Minato sighed.
