When Kanpū and Guy brought Onoki back to Iwagakure's main camp, his grievous condition almost caused the whole camp to erupt in chaos. Fortunately, Onoki still had enough strength to speak and imdiately ordered the army to retreat from the Land of Grass.
"Tsuchikage-dono, then we bid you farewell." Kanpū smiled and said goodbye.
At this ti, Onoki had been transferred from Guy's sorrowful embrace to Akatsuchi's back.
