Kushina finally let out a relieved sigh.
"Alright then. That makes things easier."
Kurama, ever pragmatic, didn't waste ti on needless formalities.

"How long has it been, and you're still making jokes?"
With that, Kurama's form dissolved into a surge of dark red chakra, rushing toward Mikoto's body.
His voice echoed within her mind.
"Mikoto, the first influx of chakra won't be pleasant. Endure it."
Mikoto took a deep breath, steeling herself.
"Yes, Kurama-sama. I understand."
