High above, on the surface of the moon, a palace floated in silence. Inside, suspended in midair, was a massive, glowing sphere—the Giant Tenseigan, a source of imasurable power.
Beside it stood a boy born without eyes. As Uchiha Fugaku clashed with Nagato in the shinobi world far below, the eyeless youth felt a ripple of disturbance. Through the Giant Tenseigan, his gaze extended across the void to the battlefield.
"Father, war has erupted again in the shinobi world. This ti… it's even fiercer than before."
His words were swallowed by silence. Years had passed since the elders had died one after another, their bodies too frail to resist the march of ti. Even his father had finally succumbed to a hidden illness left from his youth.
Now, the moon was his alone.
"Endless war… ceaseless conflict… Father, this shinobi world is a mistake. I will not wait any longer. I will carry out the plan ahead of ti. I will destroy this flawed world."
His sightless face turned toward the palace gates, as though he could see beyond them. There, countless humanoid puppets stood in perfect ranks, unmoving like a silent army.
"Move out."
At his command, the puppets stirred. Boarding great chanical birds, they departed the Moon Fortress, flying toward the passage that connected the moon to the shinobi world.
anwhile, near the Iron Fortress, a hidden outpost prepared by General Mifune of the Land of Iron had beco a safe haven. Before the Five Kage Summit began, Uchiha Sasuke, Uzumaki Naruto, Kurotsuchi, and others had been secretly relocated here.
Inside a quiet room, Uchiha Fugaku rested against the headboard, his body wrapped in bandages. By his side sat Sasuke and Naruto.
"Father, I want to grow stronger. I don't want to be a burden anymore."
Clenching his fists, Sasuke's eyes burned with determination. Being evacuated before the battle left him unwilling, but he knew the truth—his current strength wasn't enough. Staying would only have dragged everyone down.
"Uncle Fugaku, too! I'll get stronger so one day I can fight by your and Sasuke's side!" Naruto exclaid.
"I'll be waiting for that day." Fugaku smiled. He had no doubt both boys would rise. With their growth, his burden would beco far lighter.
Sasuke already had the path laid before him: another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan prepared for him. Once he awakened his own, he would imdiately evolve into the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan—power enough to reach the Super Kage level.
Naruto, as the jinchūriki of the strongest tailed beast, the Nine-Tails, would one day master its power. Combined with Sage Mode, his strength would also soar to the Super Kage level.
Two such powers could change the course of any war. Had they stood at Fugaku's side against Nagato, that battle would have been far less desperate.
In the days that followed, Fugaku's wounds healed quickly. Though he lacked Hashirama Senju's legendary regeneration, the White Zetsu cells fused within him granted recovery far beyond that of an ordinary shinobi.
Soon, the true Five Kage Summit began.
This ti, it was not a ruse to bait Akatsuki—it was a serious eting. General Mifune once again presided, but each village brought more than just its Kage.
From Konoha ca not only Fugaku, but also Kakashi Hatake and Jiraiya. From Sunagakure, the Fourth Kazekage Rasa was joined by the master puppeteer Chiyo. From Kirigakure, the Fifth Mizukage i Terumī brought with her the last surviving mber of the Seven Ninja Swordsn, Mangetsu Hōzuki. From Iwagakure, the Third Tsuchikage Ōnoki brought his son, Kurotsuchi's father, Kitsuchi. From Kumogakure, the Fourth Raikage arrived with Killer B, the Eight-Tails jinchūriki.
"We lured Akatsuki into our trap," Rasa began, his gaze sweeping across the table, "but the results were poor. We only eliminated two of their mbers. Akatsuki still looms as a threat."
"That was inevitable," Ōnoki grumbled. "With space-ti ninjutsu in their ranks, total annihilation is nearly impossible."
The Raikage slamd his fist onto the table. "Konoha had the Fourth Hokage, a master of space-ti ninjutsu. Don't tell no one else has inherited that technique!"
Fugaku shook his head. "Space-ti jutsu requires rare innate talent. Konoha has a suitable candidate… but he's still too young. The technique hasn't been mastered yet."
A wave of regret rippled through the room. i sighed. "Had that shinobi been ready, perhaps the battle would have ended differently."
Frustration weighed heavily. The Raikage's temper flared, and even Killer B held back his usual rapping, fearing his brother would punch him through the wall.
Then, Ōnoki spoke. "All is not lost. My scouts believe Agakure may be Akatsuki's stronghold."
The room fell silent.
"Is that information reliable?" i pressed.
"Seven-tenths certain," Ōnoki replied.
Jiraiya hesitated, then admitted, "I've long suspected Akatsuki is tied to Agakure. This only confirms it."
One by one, the Kage agreed: they would infiltrate the Rain Village together. If it truly was Akatsuki's nest, they would crush it.
Thus, a united force of the Five Great Nations—and even the Land of Iron's finest samurai—moved under the veil of secrecy. Three days later, they crossed into the stormy land of A, where endless rain fell from chakra-filled clouds.
Uchiha Fugaku's Eternal Mangekyō saw the truth—the very sky and raindrops shimred faintly with chakra. A vast sensory barrier cloaked the village.
This was no ordinary storm. It was Nagato's Rain Tiger at Will technique, watching all who entered the domain of Agakure.
