"Uchiha Shisui..."
Hearing the nas Uchiha Shisui, Uchiha Atsuko, Uchiha Min, Uchiha Yakumi, and Uchiha Hoshi, their expressions beca complicated. There was anger, regret, disappointnt, and confusion.
Uchiha Shisui, who should have been a once-in-decades genius for the Uchiha clan and a future pillar of their strength, now stood as an adversary, forcing them to consider his elimination.
"Eliminate Uchiha Shisui? Clan Head, isn't it too soon?" Second Elder Uchiha Mamoru frowned slightly, showing so hesitation. "The Uchiha clan is still under surveillance. It would be incredibly difficult to move a large number of clan mbers without being detected by the Anbu."
"I've already figured out a way," Uchiha Fugaku stated. Having made the decision to eliminate Uchiha Shisui, he had naturally devised a thod to transfer a large number of elite Uchiha ninjas out of the village without the Anbu's knowledge.
"What is your plan, Clan Head?" Uchiha Atsuko asked curiously.
"I plan to mass-produce the special clones that previously impersonated you. These clones will pretend to be Uchiha clan mbers," Uchiha Fugaku explained his plan. "The real Uchiha clan mbers will secretly leave Konoha and set up an ambush outside the village for Uchiha Shisui."
"Mass-produce those clones?" Hearing Uchiha Fugaku's intention, Uchiha Atsuko grew even more puzzled. "Those clones must consu a vast amount of chakra. Even with your chakra reserves, Clan Head, you probably can't create too many, can you?"
"And if you expend a large amount of chakra on creating clones, how will you fight Uchiha Shisui?" The three elders, along with Uchiha Min, Uchiha Hoshi, and Uchiha Yakumi, also looked at Uchiha Fugaku with confusion after hearing the conversation between Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Atsuko. If Uchiha Fugaku, the main combatant, had to expend too much chakra to secretly move clan mbers out of the village, preventing him from maintaining peak combat strength, it would be a counterproductive effort. However, they believed their clan head wouldn't overlook such an obvious point.
"These clones do indeed consu a lot of chakra," Uchiha Fugaku affird Uchiha Atsuko's speculation.
"Then Clan Head, why would you still..." Uchiha Atsuko's confusion deepened.
"Let finish," Uchiha Fugaku interrupted Uchiha Atsuko with a raised hand, then continued, "The reason I can mass-produce these clones is because they have a unique characteristic."
"That is, after they are created, they don't disappear like Shadow Clones, nor do they continue to consu my chakra."
"They don't disappear? They don't consu chakra?" Everyone's mouths dropped open in surprise. This was the first ti they had heard of clones that didn't disappear or consu chakra; it was quite unbelievable. If it weren't for their clan head saying it, they would have probably thought it was madness.
"Clan Head, do you an that you can accumulate a large number of these clones over ti?" Second Elder Uchiha Mamoru asked, surprised and uncertain, now understanding what Uchiha Fugaku ant by mass-producing clones.
"Exactly. You can accumulate a large number of these clones over ti," Uchiha Fugaku nodded definitively. "My current limit is to create four of these clones per day. I've already created thirty-three clones, and I can create more."
"Using these clones to impersonate Uchiha clan mbers, we can covertly transfer a large number of elite Uchiha ninjas out of the village and set up an ambush for Uchiha Shisui outside Konoha." Previously, creating one spore clone consud a third of his chakra. Now, due to an enhancent in his chakra talent, his chakra reserves were double what they once were. Considering the need to retain so chakra for unforeseen circumstances, he limited the number of spore clones he could create daily to four.
The Plan for Shisui
"If what you say is true, Clan Head, then it could actually work."
First Elder Uchiha Setsuna and Third Elder Uchiha Satoru exchanged glances, their expressions excited. With the problem of secretly moving clan mbers out of the village resolved, they could now focus on how to deal with Uchiha Shisui.
"What are your suggestions for surrounding and eliminating Uchiha Shisui?" Uchiha Fugaku asked, his gaze sweeping over them. Everyone fell into thought.
After a mont, Uchiha Hoshi spoke first. "Uchiha Shisui has awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, and his strength surpasses that of a typical Kage-level ninja. Besides the Clan Head, others wishing to contend with him will only succeed by coordinating their ninjutsu."
"I suggest dividing the clan mbers involved in the encirclent into several teams. Each team will execute coordinated ninjutsu to surround and eliminate Uchiha Shisui."
"Coordinated ninjutsu?" Second Elder Uchiha Mamoru nodded in agreent. "Indeed, facing Uchiha Shisui, other clan mbers besides the clan head will only be able to contend with him by using coordinated ninjutsu."
"Before we move to eliminate Uchiha Shisui, it would be best to practice the coordinated ninjutsu to ensure seamless cooperation," Uchiha Hoshi continued. Everyone nodded in agreent.
Following Uchiha Hoshi, Uchiha Yakumi offered his perspective. "Uchiha Shisui's Body Flicker Technique is exceptionally powerful. In terms of pure Body Flicker, perhaps only the Second Hokage and Fourth Hokage from the past could surpass him within Konoha." He paused here. "To successfully eliminate Uchiha Shisui, we must restrict his Body Flicker Technique. Otherwise, it will likely be very difficult to succeed."
Everyone furrowed their brows, lost in thought.
"Indeed, if we can't restrict Uchiha Shisui's Body Flicker Technique, it will likely be very difficult to succeed in the encirclent!"

"What thod, First Elder?" Uchiha Fugaku asked.
"Barrier ninjutsu. We'll set up a barrier ninjutsu to trap Uchiha Shisui within it," First Elder Uchiha Setsuna sneered. "Once trapped within a barrier ninjutsu, no matter how powerful Uchiha Shisui's Body Flicker Technique is, he'll find it difficult to escape."
"Yes, barrier ninjutsu, use barrier ninjutsu to trap him!" Everyone was delighted.

"Uchiha Shisui's whereabouts," Third Elder Uchiha Satoru replied. "Since Uchiha Shisui realized his informant identity was exposed last ti, he hasn't returned to the clan. We've lost track of Uchiha Shisui for quite so ti now."
