"Ninja combat involves coordination, but cooperation alone doesn't amplify the power of Ninjutsu. If the enemy has a single overwhelmingly powerful shinobi, one side can collapse instantly!"

"Those with exceptional individual strength rule the battlefield!"

"Numbers don't always matter! That's why war so often relies on small-unit operations!"

"When the overall difference in strength isn't large, the deciding factor becos the outco of small-scale battles—or more precisely, individual combat ability!"

"That's why Military Formations were created!"

Naruto's voice thundered across the field, shaking everyone present. The shinobi standing behind Tsunade—each of them hardened veterans—felt their blood run cold.

"You all know the story of the Third Raikage, who fought until he died, single-handedly holding back thirty thousand Iwa-nin. If a Military Formation had existed then, ten thousand shinobi could have combined their strength to drag the Raikage to his death! You understand what that ans!"

"With Military Formation techniques, chakra from many shinobi can be condensed and focused to unleash massive Ninjutsu—empowered far beyond Kage-level!"

"This—is the power of Military Formation!"

Gasps erupted. Ten thousand shinobi defeating a Raikage? That ant saving two-thirds of the lives that were lost.

And if thirty thousand were deployed simultaneously, they might not even need to sacrifice ten thousand to take down the Third Raikage.

This was the dawning of a new era.

Naruto's concept was inspired after Orochimaru created the chakra-linking thod, combined with insights Naruto drew from novels he rembered from his previous world.

In this world, Sealing Techniques were akin to inscriptions, while Barrier Ninjutsu resembled formation arrays. With Naruto's accumulated knowledge, creating a Military Formation technique wasn't difficult.

But its significance was imasurable.

Strengthening the Umbrella warriors would push Naruto's future plans forward more smoothly.

When the ti ca to wage war against the shinobi world, Naruto couldn't be the only one charging ahead. Even if he conquered the world alone, the fear would be directed solely toward him. The mont he departed, resistance would flare again.

But if everyone in Umbrella beca powerful?

Then the world would fear the collective. Touching one hair would shake the entire body. Even with ambition, rebellion would remain buried.

Even if they killed the leader, could they handle the army that remained?

On the battlefield, the situation shifted rapidly. Uchiha Yu grimaced as he realized Zabuza had taken advantage of the competition, appointing Haku as vice-formation leader. Haku was already strong—and now, channeling the combined chakra of dozens of shinobi, his power had beco monstrous.

A hundred-ter-long Ice Dragon roared across the field, swallowing Zabuza's team in a suffocating white mist that reduced visibility to nothing.

Fortunately, Yu had prepared. He had instructed his fellow shinobi to activate the helts they wore when entering the field—each equipped with newly developed thermal vision monoculars.

Zabuza had no idea they existed.

Yu had personally sealed all information about the device only days prior, intending specifically to ensure Zabuza suffered for underestimating him.

But the Ice Dragon remained the greatest imdiate threat.

Surveying the battlefield, Yu made a quick decision.

"Fire Release—Prepare!!"

Dozens of shinobi wove seals simultaneously. A massive torrent of fla roared forward.

The Ice Dragon crashed through the pillar of fire—lting, but still unstoppable—racing directly toward Uchiha Yu's group.

"The power enhanced by my Kekkei Genkai isn't so easily broken," Haku said with a soft, confident laugh.

Yu remained calm.

In an instant, earthen walls erupted upward.

"Earth Release: Earth Fingers—Steel Transformation!"

The walls glead tallic as the Earth Release altered the molecular structure of the material into steel.

But the Ice Dragon's power had surpassed steel's defenses. It continued to tear forward—even as its strength was rapidly consud.

Seeing the perfect mont, Yu's eyes hardened. He leapt skyward, chakra surging violently around him. A colossal chakra fist ford above his arm.

"AAAAAAAAH!!! SHATTER—NOW!!"

Yu's colossal chakra fist smashed into the Ice Dragon just as its power finally neared its limit. With a deafening crack, the dragon splintered into countless shards of ice that rained down like glittering glass.

Zabuza's lone visible eye twitched.

There were definitely simpler ways to block that technique, but Yu just had to make it flashy. Show-off.

Neji and Sasuke watched from the sidelines, pupils constricting. If either of them were the ones facing that attack… they would've been wiped out instantly by the sheer destructive scale of both forces.

Sasuke's gaze sharpened as he stared at Yu's commanding figure. In that mont, he couldn't help but imagine himself leading such a charge—standing at the center of power.

Shisui chuckled softly.

That entrance was dramatic enough. Even Konoha's veteran clan heads watching from above were stunned speechless, their faces pale.

How were they supposed to confront that kind of power?

With what—a hamr?

Power comparable to a Tailed Beast.

Except Tailed Beasts could be restrained using Sealing Jutsu and strategy… but these were humans. And if Umbrella could mass-produce soldiers like this—

—this was terrifying.

The only comfort was that the chakra consumption must be outrageous.

(Heh. If they only knew.)

Naruto, unaware of their hopeful ignorance, would have gleefully suggested:

"Chakra Reactor? Tailed Beast power bank? We've got both!"

Ever since he built the Chakra Reactor, every Umbrella shinobi was required to contribute one-tenth of their chakra daily. So even offered nearly all to earn more points.

Chakra replenished itself anyway.

And despite only existing for a few months, the stored chakra could sustain a hundred thousand shinobi fighting for ten full days and nights.

Not to ntion Kurama regularly "recharging" the system.

(…Though after ten days and nights, even that reserve would be near drained.)

While Konoha was still processing the horror…

Yu struck back rcilessly.

Thanks to thermal imaging, Zabuza's Hidden Mist offered no concealnt—Yu clearly tracked their positions and launched a surprise assault, instantly taking out one-tenth of Zabuza's forces.

But Haku reacted imdiately.

A massive Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals formation erupted around the battlefield, sealing Zabuza's squad in a do of freezing mirrors. Haku's combat prowess inside the mirrors was already dangerous—

But Haku reinforced by the chakra of hundreds?

A nightmare.

With the burden shared through the Military Formation network, her mind and body could maintain high-speed combat for a long ti without collapse.

And the Formation itself granted wide-ranging resistance to Genjutsu.

To ensnare the connected shinobi in illusion, you'd need to force ten thousand minds into Genjutsu at the sa ti—an absurd feat. And even then, any conscious shinobi could imdiately dispel the illusion across the network.

Haku blurred into motion—like snowflakes slicing on the wind—eliminating dozens of shinobi from Yu's side in monts.

Realizing Hidden Mist was now useless, Zabuza switched to direct confrontation.

Both sides unleashed volley after volley of devastating Ninjutsu. The earth trembled beneath their attacks.

"It's ti."

Yu surveyed the battlefield.

Within a Military Formation, commands were transmitted instantly through chakra.

Every shinobi on his side moved with unified intent.

Water Release

Fire Release collided—steam billowed upward, spiraling into the sky.

Zabuza's eyes narrowed.

He understood exactly what Yu planned.

Kirin.

A thousand shinobi forming Kirin ant a lightning strike ten tis stronger than Sasuke's original version—a scale only Super Kage-class shinobi could withstand.

Or soone in Sage Mode.

Zabuza let out a startled laugh.

"You think I've run out of tricks?"

The mist-nin rallied. Chakra surged, converging on Zabuza as he once again assud the position of primary formation leader. A massive chakra sphere swelled and condensed, crackling with violent power.

On the spectator stands, Konoha's clan leaders reeled in disbelief.

"That… that's like a Tailed Beast Bomb!"

"No…" Nara Shikaku inhaled sharply, voice grim.

"That level… only Gyūki or Kurama could produce that kind of Tailed Beast Bomb."

His words crashed over the village like thunder.

Zabuza and Yu's forces were now wielding techniques normally reserved only for the greatest calamities in the shinobi world.
