With the situation resolved and order restored, Kagami left with Shikaku Nara. As he walked away, the Konoha shinobi sighed in admiration.
"Lord Kagami is so kind!"
"Yes, he is truly our savior. Under his leadership, Konoha will only grow stronger."
"He is our belief. We will work hard and make contributions to Konoha!"
They sang praises of Kagami's greatness and kindness, knowing that everything he did was for the good of the village. If not for him, Konoha would never have beco so prosperous and powerful. Hearing this, the refugees were filled with gratitude and curiosity. They knew it was Kagami's order that had given them the chance to change their fate.
A refugee bravely asked a Konoha ninja, "Sir, can you tell us about Lord Kagami's deeds? We want to know why he is so respected." The other refugees voiced their support. They all wanted to know what kind of person would give them, re refugees, such a chance.
The Konoha ninja happily began to tell them of Kagami's accomplishnts: how he beca Hokage, how he led Konoha to greatness, and how he now took in refugees, giving them a place to live. Every story was legendary, and the refugees listened, fascinated. The image of Kagami in their minds grew taller and more majestic. They knew he had given them a chance at a new, better life, a chance to see hope for the future. They all secretly vowed to contribute to Konoha and follow in his footsteps.
anwhile, as Kagami and Shikaku walked down the street, Shikaku couldn't help but ask, "Lord Kagami, what was that armor you transford into earlier? It looked so cool!" It was the first ti he had seen Kagami use such a strange power.
Kagami didn't bother to hide the origin of the Ark-One armor. He planned to build a Kan Rider Legion in the future, so it would be revealed sooner or later. "That is a combat armor I created using technology," he explained with a smile. "It can enhance the wearer's strength and defense. Even an ordinary person wearing it can exert the strength of an elite jonin."
This was his personal evaluation. Though the Ark-One armor was strong, it hadn't reached the Kage level. For those above that level, the armor provided so improvent, but not much, mainly offering powerful defense. However, this was because the armor hadn't yet integrated data from the ninja system. Once he replaced its materials with sothing stronger and integrated various training system data, he believed the Kan Rider armor would be greatly improved.
"What?! An ordinary person can rival an elite jonin?" Shikaku's eyes widened in disbelief. A jonin was already among the best of the best, the upper limit for most shinobi. But now, Kagami claid his armor could give an ordinary person that level of strength. Shikaku didn't doubt him; Kagami had no need to lie. Thinking of the implications, Shikaku beca excited.
"Lord Kagami, does this armor also increase the strength of a jonin?" he asked. If so, Konoha's strength would improve by leaps and bounds.
"Currently, it can slightly increase a jonin's strength, but not by a huge amount," Kagami shook his head. "However, it does provide powerful defense. Ordinary attacks can't penetrate it." The Zero-One series armor was technological, not mystical. Its strength was basically fixed. At most, it could improve a ninja's thinking speed and provide powerful defense and so special moves that didn't consu chakra, greatly improving their survivability.
Shikaku was a little disappointed but still satisfied. The armor was already powerful enough. "Lord Kagami, can this armor be mass-produced?" he asked. If so, Konoha's military strength would soar.
"We can mass-produce it," Kagami nodded, "but it requires a lot of resources." In truth, with his Aether God Power, he could create any material he wanted. But he didn't want to do that kind of hard labor all the ti. It was better to let others collect the resources.
