The shadow clone he created had half of his chakra, which ant it would take him twice as long to compress it into liquid form—half a month.

"I was careless! I was careless! Luckily I rembered!" Kaito patted his chest in relief.

After fully understanding the theory behind liquid chakra, Kaito wasn't in a hurry. It was just a matter of ti, and he had plenty of it.

Another week passed.

Kaito sat cross-legged, compressing chakra again. By now, the chakra had shrunk from the size of a thumb to that of a little finger.

The chakra throughout his body had also shifted—now a dark blue color instead of its earlier hue.

"It can be done today!" Kaito's eyes glead, suppressing the excitent bubbling inside him.

With a calm breath, he sat down again. The chakra, now the thickness of his little finger, was compressed further with steady focus.

Once, twice...

After an unknown length of ti, the chakra had been compressed to the width of a chopstick.

At that mont, the light blue chakra in his system had completely turned dark blue.

His chakra had reached its compression limit—quantity had finally transford into quality.

Kaito pushed again with his mind.

Boom! Crack!

It was like creation itself—his mind rang with a thunderous roar, and the dark blue chakra inside him shattered like a mirror.

Oh no!

His face turned pale.

But… nothing happened. No pain. No backlash.

After quickly inspecting himself, Kaito noticed ten droplets of deep blue chakra, each the size of a raindrop, slowly gathering together to form a larger one.

His expression changed from alarm to elation. "Liquid form... It's complete!"

Get up!

Kaito clenched his right hand slightly, and the newly condensed chakra inside him surged.

Crack! Crack!

The lightning chakra instantly gathered in his palm, transforming.

In an instant—

Screech! Screech!

The sharp cry of a thousand birds echoed.

"Even my Lightning advanced?"

Staring at the deep blue arcs dancing around his hand, Kaito murmured.

Whoosh!

A mont later—

A nearby tree was split in half, a strong scent of burning wood in the air.

Not far from the ruined tree, Kaito stood silently, examining his hand which had returned to normal.

"At least double the power. And the liquid chakra hasn't even decreased noticeably."

"Low consumption, high efficiency…"

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!"

Kaito quickly ford hand seals. His cheeks puffed up as chakra surged toward his mouth.

Boom!

A massive fireball—nearly five ters wide—erupted from his mouth.

"Wait—damn it!"

The mont it launched, Kaito realized sothing was off. He was still inside the forest created by the terrain system.

Wood and fire were a bad mix. He'd completely forgotten.

"[System, now! Switch location to seaside!]" Kaito ordered in a panic.

Crash!

As soon as the words left his mouth, the surroundings changed instantly. Like a space-ti jutsu, the forest vanished—and in its place, a vast ocean appeared.

Sizzle! Sizzle!

The giant fireball collided with the sea, producing a thick mist that surrounded Kaito like a foggy dream.

After a mont, Kaito stopped feeding chakra into the fireball, and it dissipated without support.

"Did Fire Style also double in strength?"

Judging from the results, it seed that liquid chakra enhanced all of his techniques significantly.

The consumption was negligible. The thod of refining chakra into liquid had worked.

"As expected," Kaito nodded, "Refining chakra into liquid didn't just boost my chakra—it improved everything."

"Kage level... Finally! I don't have to live in fear anymore!" He clenched his fists, his excitent bubbling over.

Next step—chakra refinent.

Without hesitation, Kaito sat cross-legged again, focusing his energy inward.

Within his body, faint blue wisps of chakra began flowing toward the center, gathering like fireflies into the condensed chakra droplet.

One hour… Two… Three...

Finally, he opened his eyes.

The speed of chakra refinent hadn't changed. But now, it took three hours instead of two.

And despite the longer ti, the droplet hadn't grown at all.

Kaito let out a bitter laugh. "Looks like it'll take a while to fill this new reserve…"

Afterward, he created several shadow clones to help his body adapt to its changes—inside and out.

The Next Morning

At dawn, Kaito carried Ino to the Ninja Academy on his back, as usual. It had beco a daily habit between the two.

Along the way, he noticed a shift in the village atmosphere. Security had tightened—far more shinobi than usual, even Anbu were hidden in the shadows.

Kaito smirked inwardly.

It's about to begin.

He just hoped the Uchiha Massacre didn't happen too soon—he needed more strength to beco a real player in the coming chaos.
