The Uchiha look down on those who do business, so joining a Chamber of Comrce is out of the question for them.
"But how do you know they won't agree if you don't try?" Genya said, stuffing a piece of at into his mouth. The Uchiha are a prominent clan in Konoha. While they may not have top powerhouses like Madara-sama, there are still many open-minded Chunin and Jonin among them.
Moreover, the Uchiha are currently being sidelined by Konoha. They're not being assigned missions, and even the few that exist aren't given to them.
Aside from the exceptionally talented Uchiha Shisui, who remains influential in Konoha, the rest are struggling to get by on the clan's resources.
The Konoha Military Police Force, managed by the clan, offends people and offers ager pay. So have even left the position. If we recruite ninjas now, there would likely be many interested!

"It should," Genya said seriously. "The Uchiha clan is being pushed out by Konoha. They've saved so money during the war, but it's running out. They can't keep relying on the clan's resources or on you to support them. The clan's pride makes them reluctant to accept money from rchants."
The Uchiha clan has been excluded from Konoha recently, and everyone knows it. Their only inco now is from the Konoha Police Force, but due to Konoha's suppression, even that is ager.
So clan mbers do private tasks to make ends et, but Konoha punishes them by cutting the Police Force's resources when they're caught.
The Uchiha clan mbers are struggling in the village.
After so thought, Uchiha Kinya realized Genya was right. He decided to first speak with the most marginalized Uchiha clan mbers and, if possible, recruit them into the Chamber of Comrce, then gradually bring in others.
It wouldn't be feasible to recruit many at once, but it's a start.
If too many Uchiha clan mbers were recruited at once, the clan leader, Fugaku, wouldn't be happy and might even stop them from joining.
"I'll go with you and et the other uncles too!" At the training ground, they usually practice one day and rest the next. Genya and the others are still young and need to build their bodies!
Genya didn't mind. He could train anywhere, so he followed his father to work.

"Omura, you're here. Please, have a seat!" Uchiha Kinya welcod them and had tea served.
"What's the matter?" Uchiha Omura asked after taking a sip of tea.
They knew Uchiha Kinya wouldn't call them here without a reason.
"It's not a big issue. It's just that..."
Uchiha Kinya hesitated, unsure how to continue.
These people are the top ninjas in Konoha, and Uchiha Omura is even a Jonin.
