"Are you talking to us?"
Genya calmly turned around, smiling at the shop owner who called out to him. However, he only asked and didn't show any intention of intervening in the argunt between the shop owner and the local thugs.
If soone wanted to trick him, he wouldn't fall for it so easily.
"I'm not talking to you. Am I speaking to soone else?" The shop owner frowned as he looked at Genya. "Who is this little brat? I'm talking to the Police Force behind you!"
As he spoke, he disdainfully looked past Genya to Uchiha Shin behind him.
His actions suggested that he regarded Genya as insignificant and showed contempt and disdain.
In fact, they already knew that Genya was the leader of the Police Force team. He spoke like this to intimidate Genya, especially since Genya was just a kid; it was normal for him not to recognize him.
He continued, slightly impatient, "Is this how you guys handle things in the Police Force? When we have problems, you just ignore us? If this continues, I'll go complain to Lord Hokage!"
"You don't have to talk to like that. Our leader is Uchiha Genya. As long as he is here, the Police Force team's decisions are made by him!" Uchiha Shin shook his head, signaling that the shop owner had the wrong person.
"Besides, you didn't ask for help; we thought you could handle it!"

The shop owner's face darkened as he looked again at the calm Genya standing at the front.
"We have custors in the shop. Are you going to help or not?" The shop owner finally had no choice but to say stubbornly, "If you can't handle this, you might as well not be the leader of the Police Force team!"
"So, you're asking the Police Force team for help?" Genya continued to inquire.
"I'm in trouble. If I don't ask for help, what can your Police Force team do?" The shop owner was sowhat annoyed but still held back and continued, "Co help us; soone is causing trouble!"
"Let's go!"
Genya nodded and walked into the restaurant. To his surprise, it was already in disarray. In the middle of it all was a cocky thug who looked at Genya as if he were an insignificant nobody.
That thug was Yamano Sandan.
Yamano Sandan completely disregarded Genya. "So you're the current leader of the Uchiha Police Force team, huh? Haha, has the Uchiha clan fallen so low that they let a little brat be the leader?"
Genya ignored the arrogant Yamano Sandan and turned to Uchiha Shin behind him. "Uncle Shin, have the shop owner write down what happened and sign it!"
Uchiha Shin nodded, also ignoring Yamano Sandan as he pulled out a piece of paper from his sleeve. "Write down what you just experienced and sign it!"
Huh?
The shopkeeper was taken aback. "Write a statent? Sign it?"
After a mont, he looked at the serious expression on Genya's face and realized this was likely the little guy's idea. He felt a bit speechless but decided to follow Uchiha Shin's request and began to write the statent.
He thought he would just scribble sothing down.
"Rember, this is your testimony. If you lie, it's intentional deception against the Police Force, and you will bear the consequences!" Uchiha Shin warned the shopkeeper, who seed ready to brush it off.
Huh?
The shopkeeper paused at Uchiha Shin's words, then beca serious. He started writing down the details he had just witnessed.
"Ugh~~ Are you guys going to take care of this? If not, I'll just leave. This is so boring!" Yamano Sandan watched as Uchiha Genya and Uchiha Shin fussed over unrelated matters. He didn't care at all.
After all, he was here to cause trouble, so he didn't need to worry about anything else.
"You can leave, but if you don't want us to co looking for you, it's best to stay here!"
For now, without any testimony, let this guy be a bit arrogant.
"Heh, I'll just wait for you, but I want to see what you can do to !" Yamano Sandan casually sat down, curious to see what the little guy would try.
With that, he continued to lounge around, watching everything unfold.
Before long, the shopkeeper finished writing down what had happened, mostly that Yamano Sandan had eaten without paying and then wrecked his restaurant.
"Do you confirm that this is the truth?" Uchiha Shin asked after reviewing the shopkeeper's statent.
"I confirm!" the shopkeeper nodded.
Only then did Uchiha Shin let him sign the statent and handed the evidence over to Genya.
Genya glanced at the evidence and then turned her serious gaze to the carefree Yamano Sandan. "Yamano Sandan, did you break everything here? Did you pay for your al?"
"Yeah, I broke it!" Yamano Sandan replied lazily. Hearing Genya's question, he shrugged. "And I didn't refuse to pay; I just said I'd get the money later. He didn't agree and even tried to stop , so I wrecked his restaurant!"
"Since you admit you broke the store, you'll have to pay for the al and the damaged items!" Genya tossed a list directly at Yamano Sandan, indicating that he should pay the amount listed.
"What? Twenty-three thousand ryo? Are you robbing ?" Seeing the list, Yamano Sandan jumped up, kicking over a nearby table. With an arrogant tone, he said, "Let tell you, if you want money today, you'll have to take my life!"
He was already planning to act like a bully, and now he exploded with anger.
He tore the list to shreds.
"Yamano Sandan, watch your words!" Genya warned, looking at him.
"What words? Hmph! I'm telling you, kid, I don't have money today, co at !" Yamano Sandan defiantly pointed at Genya, his words becoming more offensive.
He was actually afraid Genya wouldn't fight back. If Genya attacked, he could just lay down and claim the hundred thousand ryo.
"Insulting the leader of the Police Force during enforcent, that's one warning!" Genya's tone remained calm as he watched the arrogant Yamano Sandan, showing no signs of agitation, as if he were just observing a clown.
"Another warning? If you can, hit ! Go ahead!" Hearing the warning, Yamano Sandan leaned forward, almost inviting Genya to strike him.
In his view, this new leader of the Police Force seed a bit cowardly. He was provoking him, yet Genya still spoke to him so calmly.
If it were soone else with a bad temper, they would have already attacked!
Just like those people behind this kid.
"Provoking the Police Force, this is your second warning. Control your emotions!" Genya said nonchalantly, but looking at Sandan's arrogance: "If you have no money, I rember that Clan Leader Fugaku owes you so money, we can settle it that way!"
"You dare!" Hearing this, Yamano Sandan beca furious and bent down to grab Genya's collar, his face filled with anger as if Genya had touched his treasure.
"Provoking the leader of the Police Force, that's your third warning!" Genya's tone remained calm.
After three warnings, he slowly raised his Dual Pupils to et Yamano Sandan's gaze, his voice turning cold: "I have warned you three tis. Now please release my collar imdiately, or I will have to forcibly stop your violent resistance against the law!"
When Yamano Sandan t Genya's Dual Pupil, it felt like he was falling into a deep abyss.
His body turned cold.
But when he heard about forceful enforcent, his eyes lit up.
His provocation was working!
