Hyuga Hiashi's Squad
At first, everything seed easy for them. After sealing Genya, they relaxed, chatted casually, and waited for Hiruzen Sarutobi to arrive.
Initially, when a signal ca from Shisui's side, they noticed it but didn't pay much attention.
They assud that even if Hiruzen went to assist Shisui, it wouldn't be a problem since they had already completely subdued the assassin. There didn't seem to be any chance of trouble.
But just as they were starting to let their guard down, everything changed!
The earth wall sealing Genya suddenly burst open, blown apart by an invisible force.
At the sa ti, the assassin leaped onto the earth wall. A terrifying force of suction pulled two ninja toward him. Before they could react, they were cut down by the assassin.
Of course, this happened because the two ninja were caught off guard by the sudden developnt. They were restrained by Genya before they could defend themselves.
"This is bad! This assassin is using so secret technique! Quickly, we need to work together to subdue him!" Hyuga Hiashi growled in a low voice as he was the first to charge forward, engaging in combat with Genya's shadow clone.
As the clan leader of the Hyuga clan, Hiashi was a formidable fighter with powerful Taijutsu. Genya's shadow clone managed to hold its ground against him, relying on Black Fla and Shinra Tensei.
However, the shadow clone soon discovered an intriguing ability!
It could use the Black Fla to absorb chakra from the surrounding ninja, boosting its own chakra reserves.
Additionally, the clone's Dual Pupils didn't consu the absorbed chakra. All of it was stored directly within the shadow clone.

In the chaos, under Hiashi's protection, the assassin also managed to kill two more ninja.

Everyone turned their heads simultaneously, looking in the direction of the voice!
A figure in black appeared before Kakashi, standing atop the tree.
Under the monkey mask, Genya's face looked grim.
No wonder Kakashi would later beco the Sixth Hokage, even if temporarily. His mind was indeed sharp enough to qualify!
"If I'm not mistaken, you must be the assassin," Kakashi said calmly, locking eyes with Genya. Though his eyes were hidden behind the black flas covering the mask, Kakashi seed to sense sothing from his gaze.
"That's right, it's ," Genya replied indifferently, leaping down from the branch and walking slowly toward them.
He stopped about ten ters away from Kakashi.
The six other ninjas behind Kakashi nervously huddled behind him, clearly afraid.
But Kakashi ignored their retreat and gave a faint smile.
"Have we t before?"
Even though he couldn't see the person's face beneath the black robe and mask, Kakashi had a strange feeling—they'd t sowhere before.
"Take a guess," Genya replied with a calm smile.
Then, his gaze shifted toward the Sarutobi ninjas nearby.
"Eavesdropping isn't polite. Let take care of them first."
With that, Genya moved to attack the ninjas behind Kakashi!
"You've fallen into my trap," Kakashi said suddenly.
"When I saw the two previous teams were ambushed, I knew soone would co for us. I just didn't expect it to be you!"
As he finished speaking, Kakashi's eyes widened. His hands moved swiftly, forming seals!
At the sa ti!
Smoke filled the area, and where Genya stood, there were now hundreds of explosive tags!
Everything—the earlier conversation included—had been part of Kakashi's plan!
As he finished forming seals, the group quickly retreated!
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The explosive tags detonated, covering the entire area where Genya had stood!
Through the smoke, a faint silhouette could still be seen.
In that instant, Kakashi pulled up his forehead protector, revealing his Sharingan!
The tomoe spun rapidly.
He had heard rumors about this assassin's ability to reflect ninjutsu. Now, Kakashi wanted to see if he could copy that technique with his Sharingan!
At this mont, the assassin would surely defend himself!
But—
The instant he looked over, his pupils contracted sharply.
How is this possible?!
Through the Sharingan, he could see an invisible chakra shielding the assassin during the explosion of the explosive tags.

Genya walked forward step by step, and the ninjas following behind Kakashi instinctively began retreating!
"Send the signal quickly! We need reinforcents here!" one of the ninjas exclaid after realizing the danger, imdiately starting to send out a signal.
Kakashi knew that everyone was currently occupied and no one would co to their aid.
He sighed, took a few steps forward, and stood in front of Genya, his expression resolute.
