A tempest howled.
Outside the port, the tides were driven by a mighty force—retreating and then crashing back in, forming towering waves.
Rumble—
The warehouse, torn apart by the rampaging chakra, collapsed entirely.
That crimson chakra condensed into a giant, monstrous being.
It towered far above the warehouse. Even the nearby 30-ter-tall cylindrical building barely reached its waist.
Under the feet of this beast, the entire Kirigakure was no more than a seaside amusent park—just slightly bigger in scale.
The winds howled.
White mist spread.
Uchiha Yu raised his left hand to shield his face, eyes narrowing. His black hair flew wildly backward, and his black cloak flapped fiercely in the storm.
His right hand was pressed on Suigetsu's shoulder. By now, Suigetsu had snapped out of the genjutsu and awakened.
"Huh?! What the hell is that thing?"
Suigetsu slowly looked up, his young face filled with terror, and his violet eyes trembled uncontrollably.
At that mont, i Terumi, who had finished dealing with affairs in the Mizukage building, along with Uchiha Yu's squad and several Mist ninja teams, arrived at the western port.
Everyone stood atop residential buildings, staring at the horrifying creature beneath the full moon. Their scalps tingled, and they froze in place.
Moonlight shone brightly.
The white mist gradually dispersed.
The massive monster was entirely grayish-white. Its head was covered in densely packed vents, and atop its head grew a pair of snail-like antennae eyes.
Its body was coated in sli, with stubby limbs and six large, rounded tails on its back.
"The Six-Tails Slug!!"
i Terumi's pupils shook. Her lips parted slightly as she cried out in shock and instinctively took a step back.
The rest of the Mist ninja lost all fighting spirit.
That was a Tailed Beast!
One of the hidden trump cards of the Hidden Mist Village—now forcibly released inside their own village.
It was over...
The Mist ninjas were gripped by terror. No one dared make a move. The Nine-Tails' rampage in Konoha had already shown the horrifying consequences of releasing a Tailed Beast within a ninja village.
Now, the Hidden Mist had fallen to this point. The Mizukage had been controlled and sealed.

The ground trembled.
After forming its body, the Six-Tails Slug expanded the vents on its head and expelled thick misty gas, like a steam train launching.
It first stared toward the sea, intending to escape into the ocean—but then caught the scent of a chakra it loathed coming from a black-haired human standing by the shore.
Human and Tailed Beast locked eyes.
Uchiha Yu's expression remained calm.
He could tell that the Six-Tails wasn't interested in him—in fact, it seed repulsed.
Sure enough, the Slug didn't give Uchiha Yu any chance to cast a genjutsu with his eyes. It quickly glanced around.
It froze for a mont, sensing the long-lost feeling of freedom. Then it turned and charged toward the center of the Hidden Mist Village.
It had no intention of provoking that human with the sinister chakra—after all, humans could control Tailed Beasts!
With that thought, anger from years of imprisonnt surged within it. The Slug beca frenzied. Before leaving, it wanted to destroy these annoying human buildings!
BOOM BOOM BOOM—
To vent its fury, the Slug swept its massive tails in all directions. Standing over fifty ters tall, it easily crushed vast swaths of buildings with its imnse size and power.
Bricks flew, walls collapsed, and blood-curdling human screams echoed nonstop. Many ordinary people were flung away along with their hos.
Splurt—
Hearing the screams of humans made the Slug ecstatic. It lowered its head, opened its exhaust vents wide, and spewed a thick green gas. Instantly, the screams beca even sharper and more piercing—then fell silent.
Only now did the ordinary citizens of Kirigakure, long shrouded in the Bloody Mist, begin to flee in terror from their buildings and run through the streets.
While leaping across rooftops, i Terumi's beautiful face suddenly turned pale at the sight of the panicked civilians.
If they couldn't stop the Six-Tails, Kirigakure would likely be completely destroyed tonight.
After that, the Land of Water would be divided among other nations. The image of a fallen nation and a ruined holand flashed through i's mind, and for a mont, she could barely breathe.
