Uzumaki Hiroshi woke up very early. The streets were nearly deserted; only a few breakfast shops were open, their owners busy preparing food. It was quiet and the air was fresh, a stark contrast to the usual bustle.
"Back in my world, mornings were always crowded with people rushing to work and school. It was rush hour, adults and children alike, all cramd onto the streets. It’s so different here in Konoha. The peacefulness is refreshing," Hiroshi mused, walking down the street and observing his surroundings.
Just as he thought, his previous world’s mornings were chaotic and heavily polluted, a far cry from Konoha’s tranquil atmosphere.
Suddenly, a sweet voice called out from behind him.
"Hiroshi! Good morning!"
Hiroshi turned to see a beautiful girl—his childhood friend, Harumiko.
"Harumiko, I didn’t expect you to be up so early!" Hiroshi stopped and smiled.
"Of course! It’s the first day of school! I woke up early because I went to bed early last night. Today’s going to be a great day, and I’m excited to see you shine!" Harumiko replied, beaming.
"You’re right! I completely forgot. Let’s go together. Walking alone is boring, and this quiet street is a rare treat!" Hiroshi said, smiling.
Despite their early start, the ninja academy was already crowded.
"Wow, so many people! And so many new faces! Are they all new students?" Hiroshi asked Harumiko, puzzled.
Harumiko nodded. "Yes, you have a terrible mory! Today is the new student enrollnt, which explains the crowd!"
Hiroshi scratched his head, embarrassed.
"Look, that girl is so pretty! She’s like a goddess!"
"Yeah, she’s stunning! I never noticed her before!"
"But who’s that guy next to her? He’s not as handso as !"
Hiroshi chuckled, turning to Harumiko. "Looks like your beauty is attracting quite a bit of attention, haha!"
"You’re terrible, Hiroshi! All those guys are checking
out, and you’re not even jealous?" Harumiko said, playfully.
"Jealous? Haha, of course I’m jealous! You’re so beautiful, I like you, and now I have tons of rivals! How could I not be jealous?"
Hiroshi said, turning his head away with a smile, then quickening his pace into the classroom.
