Chapter 70: Chapter Seventy: Rosa.

Throughout the entire eting with the investors from ASC, it was very obvious to Hendrix and of course, Adrian...no, Killa who figured out that Mario wasn’t quite comfortable having them around.

He zoned out on entirely everything that was being said between Hendrix, and his brother. Mario kept questioning himself, and blaming himself as well about why he was too stupid not to have done an investigation on ASC. But it wasn’t his fault that he was too stressed to open the file and figure out that ASC only ant ALEX SINGH CORPORATION.

It belonged to his father, and sohow Hendrix without knowing had joined hands with the devil. If only he knew what kind of man, the father of the man who was sitting in front of him was.

He noticed the way Adrian would look at him, and send a sinister smirk his way when Hendrix wasn’t looking at him. He looked different, the years didn’t do anything to him as he looked much younger than the last ti he had seen him, but the only difference was his eyes.

Those eyes that hold not even an ounce of humanity, just like his fathers. Mario couldn’t really bla Adrian for having felt the need to stay with his father, when he had a choice to run away just like he did.

His mother has been nothing, but a whore that was knocked up by his father, and paid off the mont he was born. He was nothing but the second choice. An illegitimate child, and that’s how it’s going to be for the rest of his life no matter how long he stays with his dad, or thinks that doing his bidding would change his perception of him.

"So, I guess it’s a closed deal? I actually look forward to working with you soon, and as well et your father when the deal is finalized." Hendrix’s words brought him back to reality, as he watched the way he exchanged a handshake with him.

"I would love to do so too. Your assistant had proven to be quite a hardworking man i think. You know with him finding the ti to table out all these." Killa said, raising the blue file up his eyes assessed Adrian’s brother’s face, for what he was looking for in the eyes of his victims.

Fear.

But surprisingly he got nothing from teasing him, and throwing glances his way to see if he was affected just the way Adrian is too. The motherfucker was fucking leaping with joy at the sight of him. But sorry, he can’t co out to show how excited he was, and that made him happy that he still got control over him, especially at this important ti.

Killa was waiting for Hendrix to figure out the resemblance between the both of them, it was pretty obvious with just one look that they were related leaving the surna aside, but he was dumb just like his brother, Nelson or will i say, Mario.

He wondered if he was still married to that Indian bitch, who has been the main reason for the fight between him and their father. But at the sa ti, he wasn’t angry that he left though, now he’s the last surviving Singh, and he would take over when his father retires.

That has been Killa’s dream for a long ti, but looking at Nelson, hale and healthy and in Suncity probed at his conception of what his father would do, once he found out that he was here in his city, or did he already know?

"I’m glad to see that you find my work satisfactory," Mario told him, plastering a fake smile on his face as Killa smirked at him trying to say sothing, but Mario’s phone rang at that mont.

He took out his phone to see that Rosa, Marya’s sister, was calling. That was odd, considering the fact that she doesn’t ever call him like ever. She was pretty much on the sa side with their mother, who despised him.

"Excuse ?" He told the n, and noticed the way Killa’s brow raised up at him, quaking in curiosity to know who was calling him as Hendrix smiled at him, before he left the office, and made way to the lobby, it was quiet and free from Adrian’s bad energy that filled the air.

Mario knew that he had a lot to do right now, like calling Marya and warning her to stay indoors and stay indoors with their daughter. No one should leave the house!

But he picked Rosa’s call when she didn’t stop calling after the first ring. " It’s Mario." He answered, tugging at his tie when the beads of sweat raining down on him made him feel suffocated.

"Where are you? Marya is going crazy over here." Rosa shouted over the phone, before a loud crash was heard making it impossible for him to hear her last statent from the commotion going on.

"Rosa, I’m at work. Is sothing the matter?" He asked, rubbing his free hand on his temple when he felt a migraine coming.

This ti the network was pretty stable, and he heard Marya’s cries and calling for their child, on the other side of the phone before Rosa’s reply ca next.

"Narika is gone. Marya is acting out. Get your ass over here imdiately." Rosa yelled, muttering words to Marya who didn’t stop crying.

"What do you an she’s gone? Rosa, tell . What’s going on?" Mario was more than worried right now, his heart did more than just a flip at hearing his wife crying and Rosa wasn’t helping either to clear things.

But he didn’t need her to explain further to him, because Rosa coming to his house only ant that sothing wasn’t right. Her telling him that Narika disappeared is also sothing not normal.

He walked into his office looking worried, with Sandra following behind. " Is everything okay sir?" She asked.

"I..uh.. sothing ca up, I need to leave right now." He told her plainly, before getting his car keys. He hoped that there would be any traffic jam so he could reach tomorrow town in less than an hour. It was a two hours drive from the city, but he wouldn’t promise not to hit the pedal.

After packing his necessities, he turned to see Sandra still waiting and looking at him worriedly."If Hendrix asks, just tell him that i went ho."

He said lastly and with that left for the elevation, his mind wandered off to too many reasons why Narika wasn’t at ho.

There’s no way his father would have found them, he just t his brother right now so the possibility of him tracing his family down to Tomorrow town is slim.

But whatever it was, he hoped that he wasn’t too late for anything that may arise. Father or not, if he had done anything to Narika, he’s a dead man!
