"A deal? What kind of deal do you want to make?"
"I'll explain it all in a mont, but first, I want to know sothing. Do vampires have a way of knowing the purity of the blood?"
"Of course, it's easy to do. Is that really your request?" Vlad was surprised. It was commonplace and unworthy of being a reward in a battle.
"Yes, that would be enough."
Vlad shrugged, "Okay, whatever you say, but I want ten liters of your blood if I win. If I lose, I want one liter."
"Hmm? Do I look like a giant? I'm afraid I don't have ten liters of blood in ."
"Don't worry. I'll wait until you recover. I'll even provide you with special fruits and potions for that."
"Huh, okay, it's a deal. Now it's ti to continue. I can't wait to get ten liters of your blood." Vlad licked his lips, and the clouds thickened in the sky.
In his hands ca two red lightning bolts that turned into short blades. Vlad stood up and lunged toward Wain.
"Greed doesn't do any good. You want ten liters, but do you think you're worthy of it?" Wain said quietly and smiled weakly.
The bud on his armor glowed brightly, and his wings were covered with spiky vines and hundreds of petals. He swung it, and many drops of blood fell like bullets on the Vlad.
Vlad swung his blades in front of him and created two lightning blades that destroyed the drops. Wain responded by stepping forward, and he was in front of Vlad in a mont. Thanks to the wings and the special effect of the fifth form, his speed surpassed Vlad's.
Wain's sword glowed a faint pink light from the petals, and he swung it up and down. Vlad tried to block this attack with two blades, but Wain's sword cut it and severed the vampire's right arm.
Wain didn't stop there and imdiately swung his blade from bottom to top, splitting Vlad in two.
The onlookers were shocked. They didn't think the fight would suddenly take such an unexpected turn. Wain was losing, but in an instant, everything changed, and he destroyed his enemy in a few moves.
Wain stepped aside and imdiately prepared for the next attack. The audience didn't understand what he was doing.
"Huh, you say you're not immortal after that?" Wain said, looking at Vlad's body halves.
Vlad smiled, "That hurt, I admit, but unfortunately, it's still not enough."
The blood rushed back to Vlad, and he recovered. Not a single scratch or scar was left on him. His body was in perfect condition. His arm was back in place.
"Looks like getting your blood won't be as easy as I thought. Okay, it's ti to raise the stakes." Vlad mouthed and raised his hand high up.
A red lightning bolt headed towards him, and he stabbed it into himself. Vlad's aura began to increase rapidly. It was a special ritual to activate his a Beyond.
A blood-lightning tiara and triangular earrings appeared on Vlad's head, sparkling with electricity.
Vlad looked at the audience and smiled predatorily. The warriors shuddered and imdiately tried to retreat. Vlad took a step forward, and lightning blades appeared in his hands. His body blurred, turning into bloody lightning, slicing dozens of people into pieces.
People tried to defend themselves, but Vlad was like a wild beast that nothing could stop. His eyes burned brightly, and his face had a cruel smirk. Vlad usually behaved calmly and aristocratically, but that was just the image most vampires loved.
First and foremost, vampires were predators who hunted their victims and drank their blood. Vlad was a pri example of why other races, even the Pillars, feared vampires.
Vlad absorbed blood and beca stronger. Vampires only had one weakness, and that was the sun, which blocked their regeneration, but ironically it was at that mont that the sunset began.
The sun quickly left, and the waterfall was covered by the light from the slowly erging moon. It was huge and bright. Special algae were growing in the water that glowed at night. It made the arena even more beautiful and bright.
Crackle.
Vlad ripped off a piece of flesh from the last victim and looked at Wain. In a few minutes, Vlad had killed several hundred people, only those who managed to escape managed to survive.
"How kind of you to wait until I was finished." Vlad said, wiping the blood from his face.
"Don't take this the wrong way, but I just let you get enough blood to make you taste better." Wain muttered, and a black crown appeared on his head, and creepy jaws appeared on his palms and sword, "Do you think you're the only one who can devour others?"
"I want to make a change in our bet." Wain looked up and down at Vlad, pointed a finger, and said, "If I win, I get all your souls. Otherwise, I'll give you so of my flesh."
"Hahaha, it's a deal!" Vlad pounced on Wain and summoned dozens of bloody stakes with a wave of his hand. The power overwheld him, and he could fight almost indefinitely.
Wain didn't dodge. Instead, he spread his wings wide. Moonlight fell on his feathers, and Wain used the special ability.
The feathers turned into hundreds of beams that ca down on Vlad like a hail of arrows. The vampire hadn't planned to dodge it, but he suddenly felt a serious threat and stepped back.
"What's the matter? Scared of a few rays? Is that normal for soone who can recover from losing half his body?"
Vlad frowned. His instincts never failed him. He was sure that if he retreated, it ant that the rays actually posed a danger to him.
Wain swung his sword and used his Martial Essence and his fifth formability. The bloody petals took on a gray devouring aura and looked like hundreds of small jaws.
Vlad's diadem glowed, and he created a powerful discharge of lightning. However, it could not destroy all the petals. The energy absorbed so of the lightning and collapsed on Vlad. He could not dodge, and the petals ripped off many small pieces of flesh in various places.
"AAAAAAAAAARGH!!!"
