"Are you blaming my son for your fucking incompetence, you useless, spineless bastard?!"

Lui flinched, his face screwing up like he'd just sucked on a lemon. "

W-what? ?!"

He wailed, tears streaming down his face like a pathetic fountain.

"Have you lost your mind, woman? He's a damn knight—a royal knight! When he wakes up—and he will wake up—it's the end of us! The whole royal army will be here! They'll chop off our heads! Or worse, they'll send to the dungeon!"

Artis snorted, crossing his arms.

"You bastard! You fucking sold , and now you're worried about him?"

Juliana scread, her voice so loud it could've woken the dead—or at least scared a few rats out of hiding. She tore her hands off Artis, storming forward like a lioness ready to maul a particularly stupid prey.

Lui flinched, his face turning whiter than the knight's exposed ass cheek.

"I-I-I... please... c-calm down!"

But Juliana wasn't having it.

"Calm down my ass! Co here, you spineless piece of shit! I'm gonna bash your stupid head in!"

She was trembling, her luscious curves vibrating with pure rage, but just as she was about to launch herself at her pathetic excuse of a husband, Artis swooped in.

Like a hero in a smutty romance novel, he grabbed her by the waist, pulling her close.

"Whoa, easy there, tigress."

Artis said, his arms wrapped snugly around her, his voice dripping with charm that could lt steel—or at least distract her from committing a murder.

Juliana froze for a second, her body pressed against his. Her anger didn't dissipate, but it was montarily redirected into sheer frustration at her current position.

"Let go!"

She demanded, struggling in his grip, though it was more for show than anything.

Artis smirked, holding her firmly.

"Not a chance. You're a walking fireball, and I'd rather you not roast that useless bastard just yet."

Juliana glared up at him, her chest heaving against his.

"Let go, Artis. He's our problem. I can handle this!"

She whispered fiercely, though the heat in her voice wasn't entirely from anger anymore.

Behind them, Nadia rolled her eyes.

"Calm down, Mommy... We already know your husband's about as useful as tits on a boar, so why waste your energy on him... when you could be wasting it on ?"

His sly grin and the subtle whisper sent a jolt through Juliana, and her entire body stiffened—for all the right reasons. Her cheeks flushed crimson as she felt the unmistakable press of his hardness against her ass.

"You... you're right, baby," she stamred, her voice quivering. "Why should I waste my energy on that good-for-nothing piece of shit when I could..."

She trailed off, leaning back against Artis's firm chest like it was the most natural thing in the world. Her anger lted into sothing much steamier, her breathing hitching with every passing second.

Nadia, watching this play out, wanted to slap herself.

'Oh my fucking god, they're so shaless...'

She thought, her face burning red as a shiver raced down her spine.

anwhile, Lui, oblivious to the sexual tension practically suffocating the room, was still on his knees, staring at the unconscious knight and mumbling incoherently about their impending doom.

Juliana tilted her head slightly, her lips just inches away from Artis's ear, and whispered in a sultry tone.

"I was so worried, baby. When I saw that massive, hulking man behind , all I could think about... was you."

Artis couldn't help the smirk spreading across his face. His voice dropped even lower as he responded.

"Humongous man, huh? Don't worry, Jul. I'm more than enough to handle anything big... and I know exactly how to make you feel safe."

Nadia groaned audibly, slapping her palm against her forehead.

'Kill now.'

Artis smirked, his grip on Juliana's waist tightening slightly as her plush ass cheeks pressed even more firmly against him.

She wasn't oblivious to what was happening—oh no, she could feel it. That hardness, that heat. Her breath hitched again, her body betraying her as a soft gasp escaped her lips.

"Mommy," Artis whispered, his lips brushing dangerously close to her ear. "If you keep wiggling that perfect milfy ass of yours against , I might start thinking you want sothing... more."

Juliana's face turned an even deeper shade of red, but she didn't move away. Instead, she arched her back slightly, pushing her curves even more into him, as if daring him to do sothing about it.

"Oh, baby, maybe I do.'

From across the room, Nadia's jaw practically hit the floor.

'What the fuck am I even watching right now?" she thought, her face a mix of horror and secondhand arousal.

'This is insane... I need dical attention.'

"Co on, mommy, let's get you so rest."

Artis said smoothly, his voice low and soothing as he slid an arm around her waist.

"You've earned it. You can sleep, and I'll stay with you... to guard you, of course."

Juliana's lips curled into a soft, dreamy smile as she looked up at him.

"Yes, baby."

She was practically purring, her worries lting away under the weight of his charm. With Artis by her side, she felt untouchable—like the world could burn, and she'd still be safe in his arms.

Artis guided her gently toward the door, his eyes flicking disdainfully toward the room they were leaving.

Between the unconscious knight, his sad, severed cock lying like a rejected sausage, and the pool of blood decorating the floor, it wasn't exactly pri sleeping quarters. His room would do.

But before they could leave, Lui's voice rang out in sheer panic.

"Wh-what about him?! What if he wakes up?!"

Artis didn't even stop walking, but his shoulders shook with a silent laugh. Juliana didn't bat an eyelash, too busy clinging to her personal savior like a teenage girl clutching her first crush.

Lui, anwhile, was full-on losing his shit.

"If he wakes up, I'm dead! Crushed! Pancaked! I don't want to die like this! I should die with a bottle of ale in my hands..."

Artis froze mid-step, spinning on his heel with the kind of fury that could lt steel. His face twisted into an expression that scread, "I'm fucking done with this circus."

"You sold your wife and daughter, you spineless piece of shit, and I cleaned up your ss. But this?"

He pointed at the unconscious knight sprawled out like a bloodied sack of potatoes.

"Oh no, this is all yours. Nurse him back to health if you want. Sure, you'll probably get crushed into paste the mont he wakes up, but hey, that's on you. Or…"

Artis's lips curled into a wicked smirk, his eyes gleaming like a predator closing in on its prey.

"You could kill him. Chop him up, toss the pieces, maybe feed him to a pack of stray dogs. One cockless dumbass won't be missed in the army, anyway."

With that, he turned and strolled out of the room, as calm as soone leaving a boring eting, his hand resting possessively on Juliana's waist.

Lui, on the other hand, panicked like a man who just realized his "all-you-can-drink" tab was actually not free.

"Wait! No! You bastard! Don't leave with him! Please, help out here, son!"

His voice cracked so hard it could've shattered glass.

But Artis didn't even look back, and his footsteps echoed down the hallway.

Nadia, still standing in the corner with an expression that scread WTF is happening?, blinked at her groveling father. Lui, on his knees, looked up at her with wide, hopeful eyes, like a dog begging for scraps.

For a split second, her face softened, and it seed like she might say sothing comforting. But then her expression darkened like a storm rolling in.

Her lips curled in disgust, and she leaned forward just enough to spit on the ground.

"Fuck you, Dad."

And with that, she stord out, slamming the door behind her.

Lui was left alone, staring at the unconscious knight and the severed cock lying a few feet away.

"Fucking hell..."

He muttered, his voice trembling as he realized he was now in charge of cleaning up this nightmare.

"Why couldn't I just die from drinking, like a normal man?"
