These are more useful abilities. Safety First prevents you from getting diseases or getting girls pregnant unintentionally. You can still make a girl pregnant, but it needs to be your will to make it happen. As for True feelings, its the antithesis to the other abilities. It forces a girl to act on her true feelings. You can see it like love potion number 9. It removes all doubt and magical manipulation. Things like Locked Promise, Confusion, Manipulation would be rendered useless.
