On the evening of November 1st, at 109:99, the Knicks successfully defeated the Raptors and got off to a good start this season.

Alan Houston scored 28 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 3 turnovers. Patrick Ewing remained stable, with 20 points, 10 rebounds, 1 block and 3 turnovers.

The Knicks were in a good mood after winning the ga. Charles Oakley, who had diarrhea, also recovered well. He grinned at the depressed Raptors:

"Well done, I like this kind of easy ga!"

The newbie Walter McCarty secretly thought it was a pity, he hoped that the old guy would faint.

After Lee satisfied so fans' autograph requests, he quickly returned to the locker room. Post-match physical therapy was also a troubleso thing.

Starks played 24 minutes tonight, made 6 of 10 shots, including 1 of 4 three-pointers and 4 of 4 free throws, and scored 17 points.

Although the veteran didn't care about Jeff Van Gundy's use of him, he still teased starting player Charlie Ward after returning to the locker room:

"Poor Charlie was almost beaten by the Raptors' rookie guard. Rember to try to please the coach when you get back!"

Charlie Ward didn't say a word, made 1 of 3 shots, scored 4 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 turnovers. Jeff Van Gundy does favor him, but his performance tonight was really bad.

Lee and Starks fist-bumped, returned to their seats and began to apply ice, and also teased Charlie Ward:

"Six gas in nine days, this schedule is really not friendly. I think my physical fitness will be affected. Oh! I almost forgot, the substitutes will not have much playing ti."

Lee is not polite at all to those who compete for the sa position. This is how the Knicks locker room is. Newbies with poor performance will have to accept the ridicule of the group.

Everyone who returned to the locker room watched the quarrel with a smile on their faces.

There is no saying here that "humility makes people progress, and pride makes people fall behind". It is a common phenonon that good people are bullied.

Fortunately, Jeff Van Gundy returned to the locker room soon, and Charlie Ward breathed a sigh of relief, as his backer was back.

"Excellent performance. Keep up the competitive form. The schedule is very tight. After returning to New York, rember to have a good rest and don't eat too much."

"I hope to win the next two ho gas!"

Charles Oakley didn't care about Jeff Van Gundy's chatter and continued to tease the rookie Walter McCarty with a smile.

When Ewing and Van Gundy attended the press conference, Charles Oakley chuckled again:

"It's my treat tonight. We'll have beef cheeseburgers. No one is allowed to help Walter. He didn't play tonight, so he should run so errands!"

Newbie Walter McCarty could only smile and agree, cursing in his heart:

"Eat you old man to death!"

"."

There were 14 gas on the 1st, and many new players from the 96 generation made their debut.

The most eye-catching one is Allen Iverson of the 76ers.

111:103, although the 76ers lost to the Bucks at ho, Iverson's debut amazed everyone!

Iverson played for 37 minutes, made 12 of 19 shots, including 2 of 4 three-pointers and 4 of 6 free throws, and efficiently scored 30 points, 2 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal and 3 turnovers.

Ray Allen of the Bucks had a diocre performance, playing 28 minutes, making 3 of 10 shots, including 2 of 3 three-pointers, 5 of 7 free throws, 13 points, 2 rebounds, 3 steals and 1 turnover.

ESPN and TNT were raving about Iverson's performance that night, and here's the short summary:

"The 76ers lost, but Allen didn't lose!"

Among the new players, Lee's double double data was also praised. The highly anticipated Stephen Marbury was the most unlucky, as he was injured and left the court after playing for 8 minutes.

Rahim, who was selected by the Vancouver Grizzlies, also perford very well, with 16 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, 1 block and 2 turnovers. Marcus Camby of the Raptors left the court with 6 fouls, 5 points and 4 rebounds.

Steve Nash of the Suns played for 5 minutes and scored zero points;

Fisher of the Lakers perford well, 4 of 5 shots, and efficiently scored 12 points, 2 rebounds and 5 assists.

As for Kobe Bryant, he didn't get a chance to play at all. It seed that Harris felt that the high school rookie was not ready yet.

The Knicks flew back to New York overnight, and everyone had only one day to rest.

On the evening of the 3rd, at Madison Square Garden, in the first quarter, the Knicks beat the Hornets.

At 11:37, Ewing once again showed his dominance against Divac, who had just joined the Hornets!

Playing the full 12 minutes, Ewing made 4 of 7 shots in a single quarter, scoring 12 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and 1 block.

Such an all-around performance also made the New York dia boil!

Charlie Ward also rebounded strongly, relying on the opponent's mistakes, making 3 of 5 shots in a single quarter and scoring 7 points efficiently.

Larry Johnson was the most depressed. He originally wanted to show himself in front of his old club, but no one gave him face and he still didn't have the ball on the offensive end.

With a big lead, Lee and several new players also got more playing ti.

The Hornets' starting point guard was originally Bogues, but he was injured and left the ga near the end of the first quarter, and rookie Tony Dirk got the chance.

His partner in the backcourt was Dell Curry. The Hornets, who were trailing by a large margin, wanted to fight back, but were overwheld by three-pointers from Lee and Starks in the second quarter, with

the score at 22:33.

At the end of the half, the score was fixed at 33:70, and Madison Square Garden had turned into a sea of ????joy.

In a favorable ga, Lee, with more playing ti, once again demonstrated his ability to bully weak opponents.

There are three-pointers in transition offense, spot three-pointers after running tactics, and three-pointers with the ball after pick-and-roll.

Jeff Van Gundy limited everyone's playing ti to around 25 minutes. In the end, the Knicks defeated the Hornets 83:115 after returning to their ho court!

Lee played for 23 minutes, making 6 of 11 shots, 4 of 7 from beyond the three-point line, and 2 of 2 free throws, scoring 18 points, 2 rebounds, 7 assists, and 1 turnover.

18 points was also the highest score for the Knicks. When Jeff Van Gundy was interviewed after the ga, he did not hesitate to praise him:

"Lee is definitely a talented player. Maybe you all have seen his scoring ability, but I would like to praise his team awareness more."

"He always makes the perfect assist. Lee's organizational skills are definitely underestimated!"

The overwhelming victory gave the New York dia a surge in confidence. As the next ga was against the Los Angeles Lakers, they started to make crazy predictions before the ga even started:

"Ewing will teach Shaq a lesson. The Lakers can't win in Madison Square Garden!"

The showdown between the super centers naturally attracted a large number of fans' attention, and it has beco a regular feature of the year!

On the evening of the 5th, the New York fans who had bought tickets to watch the ga with great enthusiasm could only watch Shaquille O'Neal wreak havoc under the basket.

Neither Charles Oakley nor Patrick Ewing could limit the explosive Shark in the low post.

This ga was entirely a showdown between inside players. In addition to O'Neal's low post, the Lakers used their absolute strong point to attract outside players who also frequently attacked the basket.

Cedric and Van Exel's cuts always resulted in free throws.

Although the Knicks kept the score close, O'Neal still had the last laugh in this showdown between super centers.

98:92, the Lakers slowed down after the opening and suppressed the Knicks throughout the ga, successfully winning three consecutive victories.

Patrick Ewing was in a particularly bad state tonight. It was difficult for the gorilla to get into the paint area, and he could only frequently make iron-blooded jump shots near the left and right baselines.

He played for 41 minutes, made 8 of 22 shots, scored 21 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 turnovers. Ewing's shooting percentage was less than 40%.

After winning the ga, O'Neal seed in high spirits. He played for 41 minutes, made 12 of 23 shots, scored 26 points, 13 rebounds, 2 steals and 5 blocks. The Shark showed his dominance in Madison Square Garden!

Clay Lee only had 11 minutes of playing ti, and he had to pass the ball to the inside when he ca on the court.

Kobe Bryant of the Lakers only played for 3 minutes in the early part of the second quarter, made 1 of 2 free throws, and got 1 point.

He made 2 of 5 shots, 1 of 3 three-point shots, 5 points, 1 rebound, and 3 assists. Lee returned to the locker room and looked at this pitiful data and was speechless:

"I'm 18 this year, and I'm standing like a minion."
