"Goddess, you don’t know, the Great Sage Galver from the Moonlight Church has no character at all, and your Subsidiary God, the Purifier Tiro, is morally corrupt to the extre!"
Wayne cried out hoarsely, his eyes bloodshot as he waved his arms, feeling it, getting more and more carried away as he spoke.
"Galver pointed at right away and called one of the Seven Deadly Sins, cursing as a devil, even though he himself possesses a Book of Hell full of Pride, betraying his faith and siding with Hell, yet he calls a devil. Tell , is that not ridiculous?"
"I didn’t want to stoop to his level, but he took my patience as an opportunity to be arrogant, jumping around and maligning as a devil right in front of a crowd, all the famous nobles of Lundan were present, even the Queen, the very Queen I swore to follow for life!"
"It’s over, my good reputation built over more than twenty years is completely ruined!"
"This reputation is as valuable as my life, the thought of it made wish I were dead..."
"Galver is under the control of the Lord Pride, his words cannot be trusted. With my magnanimity, I wouldn’t argue with him, but since he couldn’t do anything to , he summoned the Purifier Tiro to descend into the Mortal World."
"When I saw it was Tiro, your Subsidiary God, I imdiately treated him with courtesy, calling upon justice and fairness, believing the misunderstandings and grievances would be cleared, but I never expected..."
"Alas, it’s a long story!"
"Tiro was even more excessive than Galver, opening his mouth and calling the Child of the Beach, eting and rambling on for over half an hour, adamantly believing I was a devil and not giving a chance to explain."
"I didn’t provoke anyone, nobody wronged , how could I accept this grievance? But thinking we were allies, and not wanting to disrespect you, I had to endure his insults before I could honestly explain."
"What did he do? He slapped across the face, and after hitting said I was unworthy, utterly humiliating ."
"I was furious!"
"Goddess, you be the judge, was this slapping my face or clearly slapping yours!?"
"..."
Ashad, I don’t have such a thick skin.
Shi Luke sighed, her thoughts returning to this morning.
Tiro had co with a serious face, explaining the bizarre events he encountered in the Mortal World, of devils from Hell and angels from Heaven clashing in the Mortal World, at the level of the Seven Deadly Sins and the Seven Virtues, the fight being one-sided, with the Seven Virtues getting utterly trounced.
Simply put, the Seven Deadly Sins that Tiro confird without a doubt included the two Great Demon Kings of Envy and Lust, indicating Hell controlled the gateway to the Mortal World and vigilance was necessary.
Shi Luke heard this, but was confused, having frequently traveled between the Mortal World of late. If Tiro’s words were true, she should have been inford much earlier.
Tiro, seeing his Main God doubting him, demonstrated the scene of the forr battle with a wave of his hand.
In the scene, an ugly face tried its hardest to crash into Tiro’s fist, and with a scream, fell to the ground, then got hit by a barrage of arrows for several rounds.
Shi Luke was dumbfounded.
Tiro frowningly pointed out the problem: the opponent could have won easily, yet instead seed intent on seeking defeat and voluntarily let him leave.
The more he thought about it, the less it made sense, and the more it troubled him, so he sought out the Goddess, hoping she could relieve his concerns.
What exactly are the devils up to, why does everything seem so bizarre?
What else can they do but extort!
Shi Luke didn’t explain, smiling as she told Tiro to get out.
With one punch thrown, regardless of right or wrong, the punch was thrown. If no money was thrown out, this wouldn’t be over, if no money, all prior investnts would go to waste.
Thinking of the Subsidiary God throwing punches, with the Main God having to pay up, Shi Luke felt exasperated, ordering Tiro to be thrown into a small dark room for confinent, and she herself descended to the Mortal World to find Wayne and sort things out.
Quickly, it had to be settled before Idinis could fan the flas, or else she’d have to pay the price tenfold.
"Goddess, say sothing!"
Wayne reached back, grabbing Vizi’s small hand, using it as a handkerchief to wipe the corners of his eyes in anger and sorrow: "Isn’t this just bullying an honest person, where’s the justice in that."
Shi Luke stared expressionlessly at Wayne, looking at him for a while, seeing his face devoid of flush or breathlessness, completely lacking any moral integrity, she sighed, "Indeed, it’s unjust, indeed it’s bullying an honest person."
"Right, I knew you were the most reasonable, Goddess."
Wayne opened his palm in front of Shi Luke: "With our relationship, let’s settle this privately, as much compensation as you see fit, too much would be alienating."
Shi Luke looked at his hand, cleaner than his face, silent for a mont before saying: "Once settled, never to be ntioned again."
"Absolutely!"
"Just want to confirm again..."
Shi Luke looked at Vizi behind Wayne: "You wouldn’t suddenly find so other goddess to overturn things after I settle the bill, claiming I didn’t pay enough, would you?"

"Goddess, no outsiders here, let’s talk it through today in person, so you can do business in peace."
Wayne’s face turned serious: "My relationship with Darkness isn’t as solid as you think, I’m very clear on what kind of goddess she is, any so-called devotion and love are all empty promises, you and the Sun are my ideal partners."
No, you and Darkness are both no good!
Shi Luke smirked inside, Wayne has only t Idinis a few tis, what does he know about the Darkness, even she and Galle wouldn’t dare to speak in full.
However, Shi Luke admitted Wayne was right, Idinis was insidious and cunning, far from the ideal partner.
Wayne had self-awareness, and a keen understanding of the Darkness, just what Shi Luke hoped for, she was happy to see it, refraining from saying much about the Darkness, instead saying: "You say there’s no outsider, yet the Dark Knight has always been present, so what, you want to wait until I’ve invested more, and then find the Darkness to have her deal with it?"
