Uriel roared repeatedly, mustering all his strength, yet he couldn’t make the Holy Spear advance any further.
"Justice with bare hands is not justice; you cannot punish sin, you are not justice."
Wayne tightened his grip, and under Uriel’s horrified gaze, forcibly took the Holy Spear from him.
The next mont, a blinding white light flashed, and excruciating pain swept through his body from his chest, causing Uriel to let out a pained scream.
Wayne, holding the Holy Spear, pierced through Uriel’s chest, lifting him into the air, golden blood streaming down along the spear, drop by drop forming a line.
"You see, justice is weeping, yet you are helpless..."
"How about this, instead of letting justice be wronged, let represent justice; I have the power to protect her from crying."
"Hehehehehe————"
Wayne let out a hearty laugh, clenching his fist and punching forward, the impact of the black punch wind smashing into Uriel’s face, sending him flying backward.
A white stream of light tore through the sky, crashing heavily against the space barrier, and after a loud bang, it fell down in disgrace.
Hexuno’s eyes sparkled as she watched Wayne, and due to her imagination, every word Wayne said deeply inspired her, the path to redemption lay before her, and her soul trembled with infinite joy.
"Hexuno, what are you spacing out for?" Kiraal called out loudly.
The Devil’s power was imnse, Uriel was no match for him, and in this battle, all the reincarnated angels had to give their all; he urged Hexuno to put aside her prejudices, now was not the ti to have conflicts with Uriel.
Hexuno suddenly snapped out of it, right, according to the script, she should be giving her all, personal worship and such, there would be ti for that later.
Three streams of light streaked through the night sky, Hexuno, Kiraal, and Vikul completed the encirclent from three angles, wielding either spear or sword, each weapon engulfed in fierce Holy Fla, the righteous fury within aiming straight at Wayne’s vital spots.
The Seraph Fred did not join the battle, knowing his own skills were lacking, joining in would only cause confusion, he deployed the Holy Light Array underfoot, supporting the four of the Seven Virtues with all the buffs.
In fact, whether with or without Fred’s buffs, the result would be the sa, as his powers were by no ans on par with the Seven Virtues, his little assistance, though not superfluous, was certainly dispensable.
Swish!
Three sharp blades crossed, Wayne’s body faded and vanished, and when he reappeared, he was already behind Vikul.
Vikul seed to be prepared, and the mont he turned, the Holy Spear gathered a surging Holy Fla, twisting and lting space, slashing toward the conspicuous six-eyed head.
Wayne caught the Holy Spear with one hand, tightening his grip, crushing the Holy Fla.
The terrifying power traveled down the spear, making Vikul understand why Uriel couldn’t resist; it wasn’t that Uriel didn’t want to fight back, but that he simply couldn’t.
Wayne seized the Holy Spear from Uriel and smiled slightly at Vikul, the spearhead tearing through space, shredding vast swathes of black turbulence, slowly stabbing toward Vikul’s chest as if a cat toying with a mouse.
With plenty of ti, Vikul could easily dodge with a wave of his red handle.
But dodging ant abandoning the Holy Spear in his hand; he refused to yield to the Devil, his aura burst forth, erecting powerful prohibitions in front of him.
Wayne held the spear tip downward, moving slowly, the prohibition defenses seed like they were made of paper, shattering upon contact, incapable of stopping the spearhead’s descent.
At this mont, Kiraal descended from the heavens, wielding the Holy Spear with both hands, striking at Wayne’s head.
Wayne smiled slightly, raising the Holy Spear to block.
A booming explosion sounded, the strong light and airwaves swept in all directions, the terrifying shock wave wrinkling space, the rolling ripples surging like the sea.
Hexuno, wielding the Oath Sword, attacked from behind, the sword light cutting through, dividing the spatial tide, as she saw Wayne’s back, the golden light flickering in her eyes, the Oath Sword thrusting at the vital spot of the rear heart.
Facing the Saint Heir’s test, Hexuno chose to go all out.
A white afterimage flashed by, a pale long-tailed serpent coiled like a snake around Hexuno’s body, tightening the curves, imprisoning her in mid-air, unable to move.
At the end of the long tail, the black tip of a blade, like a venomous snake’s tongue, stabbed straight at Hexuno’s face.
Hexuno raised the Oath Sword to block, the massive force pressing down, the edge of the Oath Sword drawing ever closer to Hexuno’s neck.
In the short half-month of absence, Wayne’s power underwent an earth-shattering transformation, Hexuno didn’t find it strange, thinking it was only natural.
On the day of resurrection, the Saint Heir had already beco a God, pretending ignorance and weakness in order to redeem the Seven Deadly Sins.
Even now, the Saint Heir didn’t exert full power, leaving so hope to encourage them to unite and defeat the Devil.
Was the real victory over the Devil?
No, it was over themselves, over their own hypocrisy and fear.
By putting aside personal desires and bravely confronting lies and anxiety, they could grasp the light of hope, which was what the Saint Heir truly intended to guide them to.
Realizing this, Hexuno admired even more, feeling she had another revelation.
"Well done, don’t let go!"
The six wings spread across the air, Uriel, covered in stains, locked onto the unbeatable powerful Devil, activating the Eye of Judgnt to cast down a golden light.
The divine light of justice entered Wayne’s body, causing only a slight sway, without causing any harm.
Uriel was horrified: "How could this be, this... is impossible."
Hexuno: (⁄⁄⁄ꇴ⁄⁄⁄)
Fool, using Heaven’s sword to strike the Saint Heir, how could it possibly be effective.
Hexuno was imrsed in Wayne’s ludicrous words, each nonsensical statent tied to divinity and spirituality in her ears, each ntal supplent turning into sage advice, getting so excited that her whole face turned bright red, her soul trembling.
The excitent was comparable to being baptized by the Saint Heir himself and personally brought into Heaven.
