Idinis slapped Wayne hard across the face, landing a critical hit, sending him flying into the sea.
After hitting, she felt a bit regretful.
As Wayne had said, it wasn’t her place to slap him. They had a business relationship, and if Idinis insisted on acting on impulse, their relationship might get ssed up, making future business dealings difficult.
Idinis shook her wrist, muttering under her breath about bad luck. She felt uneasy without hitting him, but hitting him made her sowhat regretful.
Wayne instantly reappeared, covering his face without a word.
Idinis gave a cold snort, folded her arms, and looked aside: "I was being ddleso. The Lord of Hypocrisy is having fun in Hell. I ca at the wrong ti, so I’ll leave now."
After speaking, she stood still.
"Hehe..."
Wayne chuckled foolishly, clenched his fist and lightly coughed: "Idinis, your tone is very sharp. Personally, I don’t care, but it doesn’t match your identity as the Dark Goddess. How about we end it here, and consider that slap as if you hit on Anna’s behalf, okay?"

Oh, co on, soone like you, Baiya must be crazy to rebel!
Wayne bet twenty Ten Constitutional Commands that the Listener and the Avenger, these two Subsidiary Gods, were long grood by Idinis to be obedient and docile. Without Idinis’s nod, Baiya wouldn’t even know where the Life Alliance ruins are, let alone tell Soskuna.
These unlucky fellows, being the Dark Goddess’s lackeys, whatever sins they committed in their past lives, they’ve certainly paid them off this life.
Underlings are ant to take the fall. Idinis flicked the bla on Baiya and Soskuna, feeling at ease with no guilt: "If you don’t believe it, I can take you to the Divine Nation to see if they’ll confess!"

He voiced his gripe, and Idinis had nothing to say, gazing like daggers, she glared fiercely at Wayne.
Idinis didn’t explain anything, avoiding the topic of emotions, leaving Wayne to guess the goddess’s true intentions.
It would seem that the investnt environnt pressure was too great, and to keep the top position, she decided to use feelings to bind him.
After all, having strong emotions was one of his few weaknesses. Once soone seized upon it, he’d have no choice, causing him no small amount of trouble.
As for whether Idinis’s emotions were genuine, that’s hard to say.
Wayne was overly suspicious of her, suspecting an elent of acting to prevent being deceived, he decided to fall for it once before being truly deceived.

Idinis’s expression turned odd, displeased: "Why Galle? What is it about her that earns your respect?"

Wayne shrugged, despite being nad Wayne and a Dark Knight bound to serve the Dark Goddess.
The reality was far from this; nad Wayne, yet truly Clark, with all setups configured for Clark.
