"Ah, this..."
"It’s just a Legendary Mage, as long as you’ve got hands, you’re good."
Are you talking about tentacles?
"Let’s play a thrilling little ga. I won’t force you to do anything before you beco a Legendary Mage. You can calmly focus on your training, but if you don’t manage to beco a Legendary Mage..."
Wayne lifted his hand and hooked it around Lilith’s shoulder, guiding her to the balcony where they had just fought. Overlooking the bustling street below, he said coldly, "I’m bored of this. I’ll gift you to them. Look at those hordes of goblins and the giant demons whose fingers are thicker than your legs—you should know what your fate will be."
The scene turned blurry as Lilith, just by imagining it, turned pale and instinctively took two steps back. She stepped on sothing, perhaps sothing left by Lust, slipped, and fell into Wayne’s arms.
You’re really proactive!
Wayne rolled his eyes seven tis, and said irritably, "Show so proper attitude. Compared to your unremarkable body, I’m more looking forward to our little ga. Work hard, you must beco a Legendary Mage."
He finished with a hearty laugh.
"Heh heh heh heh ————"
Lilith nodded weakly, and after pondering sothing, she gritted her teeth and said, "Sir, if I win the ga, will you give a reward?"
"You still want a reward? You’re not loyal!"
"No, I am your personally crafted familiar. My loyalty to you is beyond doubt, I just..."
Lilith hesitated for a mont, deciding to tell the Demon Bat her origins. Any devil that could resist Lust must be sothing formidable. Offering her loyalty might just help fulfill her wishes.
It could also go the other way. As long as her wish could be fulfilled, she’d be willing to offer sothing.
"Go on, you are the Secretary Officer of this territory, feel free to speak your mind."
Wayne pointed at Lilith’s forehead, granting her power equivalent to that of a Lord through his authority.
Hell is a place that values reason; fist power is the core. Without it, nobody will bother with the so-called Secretary Officer.
Lilith, such a beauty, crafted by Lust as a vessel, without enough power to protect herself, would get dragged into the bushes eight tis in one night while walking down the street.
Of course, since the power was granted through authority, Lilith could only act domineeringly in this territory.
Once she left, she’d still be that delicate Silver Mage, easily overwheld by a goblin charge, let alone a giant demon.
Feeling the imnse power within, Lilith’s eyes turned red, hating that she wasn’t in the Mortal World.
If only she were still on the God-chosen Continent, in her own nation, this power would truly have value.
"Sir, I co from the God-chosen Continent, from a country called Frank..."
"Got it, you suffered in Frank."
Wayne interrupted, "Don’t worry, sticking with won’t let you suffer. One day in the future, I will open the Hell Gate in Frank, turning it into a Mortal Hell to get revenge for you."
"That’s not what I ant!"
Lilith shook her head like a rattle drum, hastily explaining her descent into Hell and her unfulfilled wish from the God-chosen Continent.
"My country has been ravaged by war, lives are lost every mont. I know that in your eyes, I am nothing, just a ga for your amusent..."
Lilith bowed and said, "If possible, I hope you will pity my humble wish, save my country, and steer it away from war."
"I will offer my everything, forever at your feet, until my soul burns out and life cos to an end..."
"..."
Looking down at the golden-haired head, Wayne’s first thought was that Frank wasn’t worthy of such a head.
"Sir?!"
Lilith trembled as she spoke, dreading a refusal in response.
After all, she is already the familiar of a Demon Bat; talking about loyalty right now seems as if she couldn’t be loyal.
She truly could!
Wayne had promised Lilith freedom, intending not to control her. She could completely resist any unreasonable demands with her will.
"I’ll consider it. From a ga perspective, a set reward chanism is more fun."
Wayne said slowly, "But first, I need to open the Hell Gate. Without it, I can’t descend to the Mortal World; no matter how much you say, it’s useless."
Lilith felt a mix of joy and sorrow, finally blurting, "Damn Heaven Seal!"
Hey, that’s a devilish thing to say, don’t get too accustod here!
Wayne rolled his eyes, without the Heaven Seal, the entire God-chosen Continent would have been ravaged by devils, Frank wouldn’t have survived till now; no need for Little Mustache’s action, devils would be digging their graves.
Thinking of Little Mustache, Wayne touched his chin, wondering if there’s a possibility that this guy is the source of chanized Armant.
He had deceived everyone—God-chosen Continent, Heaven, Hell, Divine Nation, The Void...Prussia marched towards an Epic Level enhancent, the journey of the steel flood was towards the Sea of Stars.
"I’ll take you down as soon as I return!"
Wayne regretted not taking out Little Mustache last ti. If he’d been decisive then, things definitely wouldn’t have...
Oh, if Little Mustache is indeed the source, taking action back then wouldn’t have helped.
Totally unmatchable.
"Work hard, my Secretary Officer. Thinking too much about the Mortal World’s matters is useless; first, consider how to protect yourself. You’re so tempting, maybe one day, when I’m in the mood, the ga will end early."
Wayne grinned wickedly, deliberately examining Lilith’s graceful body.
It didn’t have much effect; Lilith straightened up, already starting to undo her belt.
No need!
"What are you doing, the ga has just begun!"
"Sir, I just want to prove my loyalty..." Lilith said weakly.
