So it’s talking business, not actually doing business. A heads-up would have prevented this misunderstanding.
She gracefully took her seat, as though nothing had happened.
A few lovely young ladies with half-spider bodies crawled into the living room, offering dark-hued tea. Each was draped in purple gauze, barely concealing anything, teasingly covering and uncovering, making one itch to see more clearly.
In terms of charm, these retainers couldn’t hold a candle to Martia. Wayne glanced briefly before averting his eyes.
Then he glanced again.
No ulterior motives, just trying to blend in with the Hell culture since he’s new here, hoping not to stand out.
Wayne did not refuse the tea on the table; he took a sip confidently, knowing he had left behind human weakness long ago.
"Hmm, is that a hint of milk?"
Wayne looked quizzically at Martia, thinking there should have been poison instead.
This earnest tea with milk seed too out of place for Hell.
Martia rely smiled and said nothing, slightly puffing her chest to guide Wayne to the correct understanding.

Grateful for the warm hospitality, I’m unworthy of such effort. Next ti, don’t push yourself.
Wayne set down the tea, said nothing of the previous scene, and asked Setoras about the turmoil in Hell and why wars were breaking out everywhere.
"The reason lies with the Seven Demon Lords. Though Hell was chaotic before, the Seven seldom participated. Now..." Setoras explained slowly.
The conflict began between Pride and Envy; the Lord of Envy instigated it by constantly provoking Pride and throwing harsh words.
Envy: Proud fellow, if you don’t kill today, I’ll keep coming after you!
Lately, the Lord of Envy behaved erratically, engaging in a series of ridiculous antics—nobody knew his thoughts or why he insisted on playing the clown, only that he claid to be wronged and vowed to seek justice.
"Please elaborate on this part!" Wayne demanded with a stern face.
Understanding the situation sowhat, probing deeper would an beating a dead horse, rubbing salt, cumin, and chili powder into the Lord of Envy’s wounds.
On second thought, the Lord of Envy, striving hard to entertain, ended up becoming the Lord of Clown. Reliving this entertainnt a few tis was a must; otherwise, who is Wayne?
This must be elaborated!
"Initially, it was due to the Lord of Envy’s vanity..."
Setoras shook his head, recalling sothing amusing, and continued: "Envy said he encountered Archangel Hexuno in the Mortal World, where the Virtue of Purity was sullied by a despicable, shaless human, losing its purity..."
"Wait, let interrupt."
Wayne, looking stern, remarked, "Regardless of whether this absurd news is accurate, suppose it’s true—then that human must possess so admirable qualities to deceive a pure Archangel. The assessnt of despicable and shaless seems unjust."
"Perhaps," Setoras conceded noncommittally, proceeding: "The Seven Virtues and Seven Deadly Sins reflect, Devils cling to the Seven Sins, Angels to the Seven Virtues. The Lord of Envy’s outrageous lie was exposed by Lord Pride, who derisively mocked Envy’s vanity..."
"Lacking evidence, the Lord of Envy dispatched his Hell Angel to the Mortal World, swearing to sha Pride..."
"The Hell Angel never returned, becoming the subject of ridicule."
"It began as just a lie but escalated into saving face. The Lord of Envy seized control of the Hell Gate, claiming he’d captured Hexuno with an encountered Reincarnated Angel, yet his captive escaped Hell..."
"Lord Pride ridiculed the evident flaws in Envy’s lie. Envy challenged Pride to a showdown, was battered, refused to concede, leading to the war between the two Demon Lords."
"A lie necessitates further lies to cover up; the Lord of Envy ended up in his current predicant due to his own arrogance, unworthy of sympathy."
Wayne:(一`´一)
That can’t be right. Lord Pride saw Hexuno in Lundan, knows Hexuno is no longer pure, Uriel, Kiraal, all have dubious dealings. Shouldn’t Hell be switching to Heaven jokes by now? Why hasn’t the update been rolled out?
Wayne was baffled. Since Lord Pride knew the entire truth and knew the Lord of Envy wasn’t lying, why insist otherwise, holding back the version update?
Furthermore, what about the Saint Heir’s news? Why hadn’t Lord Pride shared it, missing a rare chance to launch an offensive against Heaven? Is it wise for the Seven Demon Lords to fight among themselves?
In Wayne’s mory, according to Hexuno’s accounts, Hell lacked a Demon God, yet Lord Pride unquestionably played the role of the leader.
What was this leader thinking? Too proud, planning to handle everything solo?
Wayne pondered deeply, but couldn’t grasp the solution.
Pride withheld information about the Saint Heir, understanding why. Like Michael and Hexuno, neither wanted the other to obtain the Saint Heir.
Hexuno losing purity wasn’t worth hiding. ntioning it could not only spark Heaven jokes but also boost Hell’s morale—Pride should side with Envy.
Ah, understood.
Pride would never agree with anyone, even knowing they’re right; Pride would dismiss it as fake news.
Thinking along these lines, the Lord of Clown is indeed wronged, forced to chase Pride for a beating after being misled and agitated.

Where Devils are troubled, Wayne is delighted.
Feels like Pride, this Devil, could be approachable, guarding Heaven’s honor and the Mortal World’s peace for personal reasons, deserving a comndation.
After finishing the sole amusent amidst chaos, Setoras narrated the story of another Demon Lord, the Lord of Lust.
