Under the sacred lody, in the heart of the Temple, a cocoon of Light beca clearer and more transparent.
It had originally been a statue of a Deity brought here, having been worshipped in Thoth’s Temple for a thousand years. But now, it had been placed at the core of the ceremony, about to undertake the descent of the Deity’s will.

The crisp sound of cracking erged from nothing, the shell peeled off, turning into fragnts that dissipated in the air, and the scene within the cocoon gradually revealed itself.
An animal resembling a baboon stretched its curled body and transford at an extrely fast pace, almost visible to the naked eye.
The fur receded, the body shrank, and in the blink of an eye, the baboon transford into a middle-aged man dressed in a white robe, holding a book in his hand.
Thoth, the God of Wisdom of Henu, the scribe of La Deity, the creator of writing, and even in the Mortal Realm, there were mortals who worshipped him as the Moon Goddess.
With the Deity statue located in the Mortal Realm and the power of Magic, this new Nine Pillar Deity finally managed to tear off a part of his ’Ba’ and cast it into the Mortal Realm.

Standing on the flagstones of the Temple, Thoth took a breath of the moist air and praised with a smile.
"It is my honor to welco your descent, Your Highness,"
"The Mortal Realm has not heard the will of the Deity for too long, even Heliopolis was once desolate. It is an honor for all the devotees in Upper and Lower Egypt to receive La’s oracle and welco your descent,"
With a respectful bow, as the most loyal devotee of La Deity, Kasim’s behavior was impeccable.
And the surrounding devotees, with feverish expressions mixed with a bit of sha, undoubtedly proved his words.
Many of them had left the Holy City because of the disappearance of the gods and had only recently returned here, and then they witnessed Thoth’s Divine Descending.
"Nevertheless, Kasim, you have always remained here, and La Deity rembers your achievents,"
Gazing over the kneeling devotees, Thoth’s eyes paused on Kasim. A flicker passed through Thoth’s eyes, but in the end, he simply offered praise.
At this mont, a continuous flow of Elental Power in the air was being devoured by Thoth like a black hole, becoming a part of him, replenishing this empty shell.
This was a capability brought by taking over so of the Magic Divine Authority, and why La Deity sent him to prevent Isis from interfering.
Currently, only his incarnation among the Nine Pillar Deities could exert enough power in the Mortal Realm to prevent that traitor from ddling in the conflict between the gods and the Outer Realms deities.
"Your task is over, Kasim, I do not need your service. Go and do what you must, and when the gods achieve Victory, you shall receive a reward beyond imagining,"

Speaking indifferently, Thoth walked out of the Temple.
His gaze drifted towards the city walls, as if sensing the presence lingering there.
Isis, his target for this mission, was also the one among the Nine Pillar Gods he found the most enigmatic.
Among the gods, she was the Guardian of natural life and Magic; among mortals, she was the friend of slaves, sinners, artisans, and the oppressed, and also listened to the prayers of the rich, maidens, Aristocrats, and rulers.
No one knew what was in her mind. In fact, until the day La Deity suddenly declared her guilty, Thoth did not think Isis would just stand by idly. Soon after, news of her death ca, and only when Magic’s power fell into his hands, did he sowhat incredulously accept this reality.
But now it seed that everything was just her ruse; she had already made her choice long ago.

Without hesitation, Thoth soared into the sky; he had no intention of harming La Deity’s palace.
Since touching the power of Magic, Thoth had uncovered many secrets he hadn’t noticed before, yet he had only been in control for a thousand years.
Now Thoth was going to intercept Isis, but if possible, he also wanted to learn sothing else from her.
"Praise La Deity, praise the mind of the god,"
Following Thoth’s departing figure, Kasim murmured a tribute to the Deity.
While the devout devotees knelt in prayer, expressing their devotion in their own ways.
But just then, at Kasim’s side, his well-known apprentice Aibu looked around at the devout devotees and stepped forward to ask in a low voice:
"High Priest, what shall we do next?"
"What else can we do but spread the glory of Deity to the devotees, tell them that the current disasters are because the gods are battling the evil enemy, and that the gods will surely be victorious? What could be the problem with that?"
