Seeing the comnts from netizens, Chu Tian couldn’t help but laugh out loud, the annoyance in his heart dissipating considerably.

These netizens were truly sothing else; it seed there was nothing they wouldn’t try, only things one hadn’t thought of yet.

As for the person he’d scolded, they initially retorted a couple of tis, but after Chu Tian unleashed another barrage, they simply scurried off.

It was unclear if their feelings had been deeply hurt, causing them to run to the restroom to nurse their wounded heart, or if they simply felt outmatched and fled in sha.

After browsing for a while longer, Chu Tian noticed the program’s popularity was still climbing and had hit the trending list again. He now had a good idea of what to expect.

Barring any surprises, this show was poised to be at least a modest hit, making fa and fortune practically guaranteed.

Glancing at the ti, he realized it was almost midnight. The thought of accompanying Xu Qingqiu on a business trip to film the show early the next morning made him quickly put down his phone, wash up, and go to bed.

If he didn’t sleep soon, he’d struggle to get up in the morning.

...

"Good morning, beautiful~"

The next day, bright and early, Chu Tian, dressed neatly, stood at Xu Qingqiu’s doorstep, greeting her playfully.

"Smooth talker~ Co in quickly. I was just about to call you for breakfast. Yiyi has it all ready. You go eat first; I’ll get you so water."

Xu Qingqiu rolled her eyes at him, then pulled him over to the dining table before dashing off again.

Chu Tian sat at the table, eyeing the spread before him, then raised an eyebrow and sighed.

He’d initially thought Xu Qingqiu would probably still be asleep when he arrived, planning to give her a little scare. Who would have guessed she’d not only be awake but would have already finished her makeup and changed clothes, completely foiling his little prank?

Glancing at the breakfast on the table, it was quite substantial: four bowls of noodles, a plate of fried eggs, plus two side dishes.

Apart from the side dishes, which were prepared in advance, everything else was freshly made. Getting up so early to prepare such a spread was indeed a lot of work.

"Thanks for the effort, Yiyi!"

Seeing Yiyi approaching with chopsticks, Chu Tian greeted her.

"Oh... it’s okay. I guess Sister Qiu is going to have another tough day. I was worried she wouldn’t last the day if she didn’t have a good breakfast."

Hearing this, Chu Tian imdiately understood why Yiyi had gone to such lengths to make breakfast so early.

Still, he felt a bit helpless. This villa complex was nice, but rather inconvenient. Despite its vast size, it didn’t have a single restaurant, let alone a breakfast spot.

If they wanted to eat anything other than ho-cooked food, they had to travel a fair distance to buy it.

Perhaps these are the troubles of the wealthy... No, that’s not quite right. The truly wealthy hire maids. He was, at best, nouveau riche.

Li Chunhua, who had already taken a seat at the table without Chu Tian noticing, saw him spacing out and quickly urged, "Eat up; it’s getting cold. Why are you daydreaming?"

No sooner had she spoken than Xu Qingqiu returned, handing him a cup of hot soy milk.

After breakfast, the four of them hurried to the airport without delay. Yiyi had woken up too early, so Chu Tian gallantly took over driving duties.

Yiyi had purchased the flight tickets in advance, and naturally, Chu Tian had one too. Yiyi was very dependable, after all.

"Sister Qiu, they’re at the entrance to the waiting hall."

Hearing Yiyi, Chu Tian was montarily perplexed. Are there more people? Who?

"Are there more people? Who?"

"Oh, the two assistants and the makeup artist. They live in the dorm, so I told them to co straight to the airport to save them the trouble."

Oh, I see. I thought there might be soone else.

As they spoke, Yiyi had already spotted the three people standing by the entrance.

"I see them! They’re over there!"

Once the group assembled, their entourage finally looked much more substantial, giving off the aura of a big star at first glance.

Chu Tian recognized the people waiting. They were the individuals Sister Hua had helped recruit previously. Surprisingly, they were still the sa team after all this ti.

It seed these individuals were quite competent, or at least Xu Qingqiu appeared satisfied with them.

He only vaguely rembered the assistants’ nas. The older one, Wang Yan, had a rather ordinary appearance. She was a fairly seasoned business assistant, decisive in her work, sowhat like Sister Hua. However, she lacked Sister Hua’s commanding presence and control, appearing a bit green.

The other assistant, Li Nannan, also had average looks—not particularly beautiful, with a touch of baby fat. But she was fair-skinned. As the saying goes, "a fair complexion can hide many flaws," so she looked clean and was quite easy on the eyes.

However, she was a field assistant, and Chu Tian hadn’t seen her capabilities. They rarely interacted beyond simple greetings.

The last one was the makeup artist, Lin Chuanxia. She was quite pretty and always dragged two large cases wherever she went: a big red suitcase and a silver makeup case.

Her dress sense was very fashionable, and her makeup always ticulous. She was usually quiet, but Xu Qingqiu’s makeup had apparently never suffered a mishap, which suggested her skills were strong.

Still, with so many people around, Chu Tian couldn’t help feeling a bit overwheld by the gender imbalance. A group entirely of won with him as the only man—they definitely stood out as they walked.

It was only upon boarding the plane that Chu Tian realized he and Xu Qingqiu were seated together in business class, while everyone else was in economy.

He was delighted by this arrangent and couldn’t help but chuckle. Yiyi really knows what she’s doing; she’s so perceptive!

So, as he fastened his seatbelt, he said with a smile,

"Rember to give Yiyi a raise when we get back!"

"Huh? Why? Because of this morning’s breakfast?"

Xu Qingqiu was still a bit confused, assuming he was referring to Yiyi getting up early to make breakfast that morning.
