"Why not leave?"

The Chaos Ship asked.

"Why do you always want to leave?" Shen Ye retorted.

"Don’t mind —I’m learning from you—after all, you’ve survived this long, and I once thought, if I were you, I’d probably be dead already," the Chaos Ship replied.

Shen Ye said no more.

He simply raised his sword, spread out black sword shadows, resonating with the pervasive Sword Rain.

Buzz—Buzz—

The sound of swords echoed in all directions.

From a distance.

Shen Ye looked as if he held a Black Umbrella, shielding against the torrential Sword Rain.

The entire world began to crumble.

Yet the ground where Shen Ye stood remained intact.

Only then did he relax and say:

"Staying here is safe."

"So—"

"It doesn’t matter who that person is, or where he wants to take ."

"I will stay here until I’m sure it’s safe outside."

His voice faded.

Two lines of dim text appeared again:

"You have entered the 24th hour."

"Survive for 24 hours to complete the first task of the sequence."

—The final hour!

Shen Ye held the sword in one hand and the broken Card in the other.

A level ninety-nine Card.

Right now.

He was constantly drawing upon its Strength, waiting for the last hour to end.

This was the most crucial mont.

Absolutely!

Not going!

Anywhere!

Suddenly, everything around returned to normal.

After the world was shattered, it was about to face that sword again.

mories restarted.

Yet Shen Ye cared little.

His Ti moved forward using himself as a reference within this twenty-four hours.

Only one hour left.

He even consciously glanced towards the position of the Teleportation Array.

There lay a corpse.

What happened?

Shen Ye looked once and then turned away.

It was the body of that person from before.

This person did not exist in his previous mory.

Was he here to trick him into leaving?

It seed that even activating the Teleportation Array early, he couldn’t escape that sword.

Ridiculous.

He couldn’t save himself, yet dared to deceive him!

Shen Ye shook his head, turned towards the center of the battlefield, and squeezed among the grotesque monsters.

—He could stay here because he was acknowledged by the Master of the Ancient High-dinsional.

So.

The monsters here would only consider him an ally.

The shenanigans by the Teleportation Array were another matter.

"This level ninety-nine Card is broken, and you still need one Truth Creation—after all, seven Truth Creations are required to construct your identity."

Uncle Qi reminded.

"Yes, that’s quite a hassle," Shen Ye frowned.

"Don’t worry about it, I have a way, wait for my news," Charlotte said.

"What way?" Shen Ye asked.

Charlotte’s voice didn’t ring again.

Seems he’s busy with sothing else.

Shen Ye didn’t dwell on it, preparing to face the Sword Rain from the sky.

Next.

No more incidents occurred.

An hour later.

The sequence’s notification arrived as scheduled:

"Congratulations."

"You have completed the sequence’s first task ’Exiled Emperor’."

"Currently received reward:"

"Other Shore Elent."

"Using this elent will enhance your entry ’Mandala Uroboros’, elevating it in its tamorphosis to reach the Other Shore level."

"Or you may use it elsewhere to drastically enhance another Skill."

Shen Ye fell into thoughtful consideration.

Indeed.

"Mandala Uroboros" certainly needed enhancent.

But in the Other Shore, a Card could reach the Truth ninety-nine-stage.

"Mandala Uroboros" even with enhancent would not reach that level.

If outside, he was besieged by Ten Thousand Lives Dao Demon and those monsters—

This entry could not save him!

Therefore, he needed a Skill that could change the situation!

Shen Ye’s gaze fell upon that Card.

A ninety-nine-stage Truth Card.

Coupled with—

Other Shore Elent.

What’s the most rewarding use for them?

What kind of Strength could change his Fate, alter his situation?

He closed his eyes and pondered for a long ti.

Until the pervasive Sword Aura descended again.

An Aurora suddenly flashed in his mind.

...Perhaps there was one thing that could change his current predicant.

Yes.

Only this matter is effective.

Nothing else could help him escape the besieged situation!

"Co, fusion."

Shen Ye made a decision, speaking softly.

The next mont.

Lines of dim small text abruptly appeared:

"You activated the entry ’Mandala Uroboros’, absorbing the broken Card ’Mysterious Emperor’, and the Other Shore Elent wholly, infusing them into your gate power."

"Given the Card is broken, its stage naturally declines; the Other Shore Elent must fully compensate, and your gate power elevates through ’Super Evolution’, finally completing the fusion process."

"Your gate power transcends various shackles, beginning to elevate in stage."

"Congratulations."

"Fusion is proceeding smoothly."

"This is an advanced convergence of Super Multi-layered Laws, about to produce substantial authoritative power, requiring the absorption of your soul’s primordial wish."

"You must oversee the birth of the gate power, guiding its evolution direction."

Shen Ye felt a pang of unease in his heart.

What the hell.

How could his soul’s primordial wish be used for such an advanced matter?

—Don’t let it turn into abilities like a house deed or resignation!

Others can execute Swordsmanship to decimate entire worlds.

As for him?

He had no impressive wishes to fulfill.

—Might as well use a property deed to command all heroes throughout history?

But things wouldn’t change with just his will.
