Standing at the edge of one of the drifting rocks, Anon glanced down towards the drifting rock that floated beneath. This particular rock was the one that they had appeared on.
There was less than fifty ters separating the two rocks, and yet, even though they both drifted randomly through the sky, they did not impede each other.
And this was the case for all the rocks littering the entire region.
Rather than being sothing that ford randomly, it was more akin to a grand formation created by so ultra powerful entity.
But this was the beauty of nature.
Under the shade of an innurable number of rocks, Anon and Seth stepped foot onto a drifting rock that claid a slightly higher territory in the sky.
The land across this particular rock was very similar to one that they ca from. At the sa ti, not long after they stepped onto this land, there was a subtle shift in the air.
Anon glanced at Seth who t with his gaze. Imdiately, they understood that they had both sensed the sa thing.
From a distance, there was a powerful wave of vigorous energy rapidly making its way towards them.
Seth’s blood red orbs shone with a silvery luster.
Now that they weren’t even in the Lasting Lands, much less within the military academy, there was really no reason to suppress his strength.
On Anon’s palm, the patterned tattoo began squirming as if it was coming to life. They lifted from his skin before releasing a wave of frigid energy and chaotically began swirling around him.
As they slowly interconnected with each other, there form changed and began taking the shape of a black spear that Anon grabbed from the air in front of him.
’My magical capabilities have plumted. As I am now, I am no match against the creatures within this region. Not even the weakest of beast generals.’ Anon mused inwardly, skillfully twirling the spear in his hand.
He had only ard himself in the case of an ergency. After all, they were yet to know what kind of creature was coming there way.
Since they had just stepped onto the drifting rock, they were at the edge of the land. There was nowhere for them to run, so a battle was inevitable.
Still, neither him nor Seth felt any kind of trepidation towards this incoming energy. And it wasn’t long before they were able to see with their own eyes what the origin of this energy was.
Although the creature was so miles away from them, much less Seth, even Anon with his current reduced cultivation was capable of seeing this creature at a high clarity.
Seth slowly ascended into the air, causing Anon to stab the spear onto the earth before casually taking a seat.
"By the way, you will bring the heart so that I can strengthen my body. The faster my strength increases, the better it will be for us." Anon said this with a playful smirk playing on his lips.
He was practically ordering Seth as if the latter was his servant.
"No problem." Seth replied concisely.
His lack of a reaction to Anon’s intentional words caused a tinge of disappointnt to well up in Anon’s heart.
Right after replying to Anon, Seth’s spirit summoned an incredible amount of stellar cosmic energy from the surroundings, causing the air above his head to shimr with multi-colored particles.
Drawing power from his principle, Seth shot into the sky before making a sharp stop and then once again exploding with speed, this ti in a descent towards the incoming creature.
The power of the blood principle that leaked from his body caused a trail of blood-colored particles to be left in his wake.
In Anon’s vision, there was an invisible yet chaotic gathering of energy rampaging its way across the earth, heading towards him. From above, a gathering of blood energies descended with endless might.
The collision that followed sent out waves of chaotic energies across the heavens and earth!
In but an instance, the entire sky covering this particular drifting rock was littered with sharp, blood-colored light shards.
The sheer pressure from the amount of stellar cosmic energy Seth was summoning pressed down onto Anon’s shoulders even though he was over a couple of miles away.
He sat with his arms folded under his chest, and legs folded too.
And though he appeared casual, very subtly, his back began hunching under the oppressive nature of the imnse stellar cosmic energy that was gathered in the surrounding miles.
Tch!
As one would expect, it was quite annoying.
’Just yesterday, how could Seth, by rely utilizing his power, bring to such a state?’ Anon’s eyes flashed with a dark light.
’What was that instructor’s na?’ Anon thought this and scowled deeply. To be truthful, he had paid no heed to any of the instructors.
Besides the dean who was in the fourth world, Anon truly believed that he would soon be the equal of those instructors.
Even the dean, surpassing him was just a matter of ti.
Currently though, the hatred that was slowly festering in his heart towards that particular instructor, was swiftly accumulating.
’And the mistress that woman spoke of? Catharina huh. I will note this injustice down in my heart. I do not like that so-called, great Allmond family.’ Anon mused inwardly.
At the sa ti, the battle between Seth and the creature dominating this land continued. And the longer it carried out, the more Anon’s face darkened.
The creature was another humanoid beast.
It had three heads sculpted in the resemblance of an angry and ferocious bull, and a visibly robust, burly body with four arms, each being almost as large as Seth’s entire body.
Its blood red eyes stared at Seth with pure bloodthirst.
Beneath its feet, the earth crumbled as an expansive crater ford. It shot into the skies, rushing towards Seth with montous might.
Simultaneously, the endless blood light lded seamlessly, and the sound of a flowing river quickly followed...
"Blood River...!"
Seth’s monotone voice rung out in the surroundings.
His face was ice cold as he ordered, and the principles of blood listened to his whims with obedience.
The environnt trembled as an endless blood river took shape, rushing towards the incoming beast general.
Towards this approaching magical attack, the humanoid beast pulled back two of its right arms and clenched its fists tightly.
It was only the act of clenching fists, but the sound of cracking bones resounded out in the vicinity, and then, it punched out towards the blood river.
The two sides t.
And where they t, a blinding light had been generated, traversing the several miles around them in monts.
And with this light, a powerful gust of wind quickly followed.
The shockwave reached Anon and blew a heated breeze onto his face.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Constant explosions rang out.
The powerful sound was sent to all corners of the drifting rock, causing the skies to tremble and the earth to crumble.
The force that had been generated was calamitous to say the least.
Even Anon took in a deep breath of air, smiling to himself as he thought, ’A few months back, such power would’ve probably blown my mind away. Co to think of it, wasn’t I quite powerful yesterday?’
When his thoughts reached here, several more layers of hate entered his heart, nestling in the depths of his soul, awaiting the day of his return to the Victorious Fighting Country.
The battle between Seth and the beast general continued.
As the creature punched at the blood river without end, in re seconds, it dished out thousands of powerful punches, causing thousands of shocking explosions to resound throughout.
Although the blood river continued on its path, there was an obvious gap that had ford within the river. Not even a droplet of the river that collided with the beast, continued on this path.
Eventually, the river began solidifying, and the stellar cosmic energy that fueled it began thinning out.
The air surrounding Anon beca slightly less oppressive.
The blood hue covering the sky had cleared, allowing the humanoid to perceive Seth’s figure in the sky without obstruction.
Seth stood high above, his arms clasped behind his back and with an arrogant expression as he gloatingly looked down on the humanoid beast.
Yet the creature was not to be out done.
Its left face opened its mouth as its head cocked back and it released a barbaric cry towards the heavens.
Rumble!
The sound pushed out waves of invisible energy that caused the earth below to quake in fright.
Anon covered his ears and grimaced slightly.
Although the sound traversed a distance of multiple miles before it reached him, it was still loud enough to violently reverberate throughout his mind, causing him discomfort.
And Seth was within a hundred ters of this beast, confronting the wave of sound head on.
However, as the sound waves attempted to collide into his body, it only revealed a blood-colored tower that perfectly encompassed him.
At the sa ti, as the waves of sound dissipated, the blood tower too, dissipated.
And as if taking offense to that, the humanoid beast’s right face growled with a deep scowl before its large fra shot towards Seth.
Although it was in the sky, as if having a path visible only to it, the creature stomped its feet against the empty space every single ti it ford a stride.
And as it did so, the humanoid beast’s burly body was propelled forward with imasurable intensity!
The sky trembled once more as it rushed towards Seth.
A hundred ters!
At this level, a hundred ters, ten ters, one ter... what was the difference?
As one maneuvered across the earth and swam through the skies, crossing such distances happened in the blink of an eye.
But slowing ti down, countless actions occurred in that sa blink of an eye.
As the creature approached, Seth raised his hand. Oozing from the pores of his left index finger was a drop of blood that fell towards the humanoid beast.
It did not contain any kind of special energy.
In fact, it was only just a drop of Seth’s blood, but as it reached the humanoid beast, or more accurately, as the creature reached it, the droplet of blood began to expand.
In but a mont’s notice, it swallowed the humanoid creature.
Seth showcased sothing that the creature did not see before, and a blood tower was constructed instantaneously.
And with the beast trapped within, the size of this tower was rapidly shrinking!
