Back to the morning nearing noon, when Dylan and Ellie arrived at Robert’s law office. Just as they went upstairs, as Dylan reached for the doorknob, suddenly "click," the door opened. "Alright, sir [looking at Dylan] I’ll go in first. You can follow," Ellie replied.
"Got it, just a minute," Dylan replied, leading Elenor away.
Dylan led Elenor into an empty interview room they were allowed to use. After they were both seated, the room fell silent because Elenor wasn’t speaking, and Dylan was waiting for her. A few monts later,
"I ca here because I was updating my will. I’ve now crossed Mark out of my heirs. I’m only leaving him $1 so he can’t sue for not giving him anything and challenge Lena later on. Everything has been given to Lena, so it’s safe now," Elenor said, breaking the silence.
"Hmm... I see, Grandma. I understand," Dylan replied.

Lena’s grandfather, nad Patrick, was a hitman sent by a mafia family to kill Dylan’s grandfather because Dylan’s grandfather had taken one of their wives, who then beca one of his own wives.
But when Patrick found out what was really happening, he turned against the mafia family and released Dylan’s grandfather. In the end, Patrick married the girl Davis had kidnapped, because Davis never intended to marry her but only to help her, and they beca a family.
"W-wait, that girl... is that you, Grandma?" Dylan asked.
Elenor didn’t answer, but she smiled and nodded in reply. After that, the mafia family investigated the whereabouts of Patrick and Elenor by hiring Ellie’s grandfather, who also spent his life pursuing Phantom Cat until he beca a private detective and left the police force. Because of his skill, he managed to track Patrick and Elenor, but he was stopped by Davis and told what was truly going on.
Finally, Ellie’s grandfather, nad Walter, backed out of the case he was handling. After learning who Phantom Cat really was and what he was doing, he started a friendship with Patrick and Davis. Then they heard news that the mafia family had been destroyed by a traitor within who eventually beca the head of the family. His na was Howard; he was Amy’s grandfather. He then investigated what happened and invited Patrick, Davis, and finally Walter to et with him.
It turned out that Howard was a state spy assigned to destroy that powerful mafia family from the inside and then beco the mafia boss. Howard also had a right-hand man from the mafia family, the person who first exposed the mafia family’s cris to the state agency. His na was Gerald, a gang leader and martial arts athlete; he was Maya’s grandfather. After that, they discussed how to protect the city because of a great danger previously initiated by the forr head of the mafia family in their city.
A world-class organization called CROWS was controlling the world from behind the scenes. They hid behind the governnt and controlled the global economy. They tasked the mafia family head with taking over the city and the entire state, but Howard and Gerald thwarted it with the unknown assistance of Davis, Patrick, and Walter. That’s why Howard and Gerald contacted Patrick, Walter, and finally Davis because they needed help securing their city.
"I see," Dylan muttered after hearing Elenor’s story.
"That’s right, and the problem is, the deposed head of the mafia family is still alive and still connected to CROWS. He knows that Davis is dead because Davis was the only one who could stop him. That’s why I agreed to Lena, Ellie, Amy, and Maya’s plan to trap you, because they are much safer with you," Elenor replied.
