Later in the evening, Hiro sat with his legs crossed. His room was rather immaculate, with everything in place and a few pieces of furniture.
The apartnt he lived in was huge and it could easily house three or more people. However, right now, he had the whole apartnt to himself.
Spending the first few days here felt rather strange. But now that he was accustod to the place, he had grown fond of the silence.
He had specifically requested the residence be in a quiet place.
Thus he was satisfied with the tranquil calmness around the residence.
Reflecting on his day, he sat alone. Thinking about the day, he couldn't help but recall the mocking gazes he felt during and after the training.

Just then Hiro heard the sound of notification. Hearing the notification, Hiro couldn't help but feel at ease. Finally, the much-awaited upgrade had been completed.
Hiro's eyes perked up as he excitedly called out for the system. He couldn't help but wonder about the benefits he'd receive.
As he called out the system, Hiro noticed that the interface had changed substantially. It wasn't the sa interface he was used to seeing. Though the functions remained almost the sa, there were a lot of changes.

Upon going through the information, Hiro figured that he had awakened so kind of passive ability that allowed him to detect threatening opposing players.
"It seems like a wonderful ability. But I don't think it's an individual skill," Hiro mumbled.
Though he was amazed by the description, he couldn't help but feel unsatisfied too. The effect didn't grant him any boost after all. So, what was even the point of upgrading the system? Sure, it granted him the ability to detect life-threatening threats, but other than that what was the use?
He was already perceptive enough. So, even without the ability, he could detect threats to so extent.
Also, the next part seed flawed too.
Let's say he detected the most threatening opposing player but how was he supposed to convey his thoughts? It's not like he could go up and say that he felt uncomfortable about a certain player.
If he did that, he'd be labeled as a maniac.
Even after pondering for a while, Hiro couldn't figure out the actual use of this feature. He felt like he had wasted his point for nothing.
Furrowing his brows, he growled in regret, "Man! I should have spent those points on the bone-strengthening pill, instead. At least, it would have been useful."
Hiro was dissatisfied with the upgrade.

Amidst an intense match between Atletico and Real Madrid, Sione turned around to look at the scoreboard that read Atletico: 1 vs Real: 2, appearing rather tense. Tailing by a goal, they were losing the match, and the clock was ticking closer to finish ti.
More than seventy-five minutes had gone by and the match was approaching an end.
Dressed in his usual all-black outfit, Sione looked rather charming. However, his face betrayed his charm as it seed unusually tense.
'We need to break their rhythm, but how?'
Before him, he could see his players struggling. Even though they specialized in counter- attacking football, he could palpably see his team struggling.
With their direct approach, Real Madrid was dominating the ga.
Their attackers dominated the frontlines while their defense thwarted every threat knocking
at their door. As for their midfield, a sole individual was reigning like a King.
With his sharp crosses and excellent vision, he wreaked havoc.
'Yamada, just good can he get?' Sione anxiously glanced at Yamada who right now was holding his position against the onslaught of De Paul and Molina.
It almost seed as if he couldn't be stopped.
Averting his gaze from Yamada, Sione rolled his eyes at his bench. His gaze searched the bench and stopped at one particular individual.
Hiro wasn't supposed to be debuting today. He was brought here to observe the match. But with his team struggling, he couldn't help but think otherwise.
With a heavy heart, he called out for Hiro, "Hiro, get ready."
Though Hiro had been inford before that he wouldn't be debuting now, he was prepared. So, when he heard the call, he didn't feel burdened or surprised at all.
He was calm. Though the match had tensed him a little, he wasn't nervous about the call.
"Yes, sir," Hiro nodded, his eyes glistening with excitent.
Imdiately, the mont he was called, Hiro was alerted of the threat. It was like an ergency siren was blowing inside his head.
One of the conditions for the activation of the new feature was that he was required to participate in the match. Just by sitting on the bench without participating, he wouldn't be able to make use of the new feature.
Alerted by the cacophonous noise, Hiro squinched his eyes in irritation.

Well, he had been observing the match for a while. So, even without the help of the system, he
could tell about the opposing players in-form.
However, when he swept his gaze at the pitch, everything felt strange. It was like the world before him had turned into a video ga.
Different individuals were assigned different colors.
Most of them had blue arrows floating above their head while a few had red arrows floating above their head. There were also a few who had green and yellow.
'What does this arrow indicate?' Hiro asked the system.
The world before him appeared like a simulation and all those colored arrows made him even
more curious. Hiro was already used to seeing otherworldy stuff. So, it didn't surprise him much when the world before him changed into a simulation-like reality.
However, it was still a little surprising to look at.
