"Welco, heroes from another world!!!"

It was the first thing he heard shortly after a bright light illuminated the entire classroom. After that, he also began to hear the pained voices of his classmates, and Zack knew the reason.

Although Zack tried to direct his gaze toward where he had heard the voice, the intense lights that had appeared out of nowhere had completely blinded him.

As the botherso voices of his classmates grew louder, his vision started to return.

Before his eyes appeared a scene he had only seen in movies.

Hooded n and won surrounded him and the other students while two n, an elderly man and a middle-aged man in flashy clothes, watched from a distance with smiles on their faces.

If there had been an exit beyond where those n stood, Zack would have already disappeared from the place.

"We have summoned you because demons are threatening the integrity of our world," said the middle-aged man, while Zack was still trying to make sense of what was happening. "The Demon Lord's troops are in constant conflict with humans in an unprecedented destructive battle. Hundreds of soldiers die every day..."

It wasn't working.

Zack decided to close his eyes for a mont and ignore the speech of the man who had 'summoned' them to so completely unknown place to fight so Demon Lord.

After analyzing what was happening, Zack ca to three possible conclusions that made sense.

One: Zack and his classmates had been kidnapped by a cult and were going to be turned into child soldiers to fight against their will in a war against another sect they were in conflict with.

Two: Sohow, soone had set up this scenario, and soone was filming it from sowhere for TV as a new entertainnt show for all audiences.

Three: Zack concluded that he had gone completely insane or had ingested hallucinogenic substances, and what he was seeing was not real.

These were the only answers that made a bit of sense and didn’t involve mysticism or information gleaned from fucking comics.

However, there was a common problem with all of the answers: ti.

Zack opened his eyes and checked the ti on his watch, then looked around at his classmates.

The ti that had passed since they were blinded in the classroom until they appeared here was no more than ten seconds. Everyone was in the sa positions they had been when they were in class, and those who were sitting at their desks were now on the floor, Zack included.

"What do you an we've been summoned?!!"

"Is this so kind of joke?!!!"

"Don’t worry, everything will be fine."

The voices grew louder and more frustrated.

While Zack was busy thinking about the consequences of what had happened, his classmates had gotten over their initial shock and were starting to panic.

The middle-aged man was trying to explain the situation with a speech that had obviously been written beforehand, without success.

However, all those voices ceased when the students witnessed what happened next.

From the elderly man, who hadn't said a word until then, electric currents surged toward one of the poor students.

"AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

After seeing the poor boy writhing in pain on the floor, struggling to understand what had happened.

Neither Zack nor the others could understand what had just occurred; only one thought erged in their minds.

Magic.

"Dear heroes. We understand that you are confused by the situation you find yourselves in right now, but chaos will not solve anything. Please pay attention to the wise words of Pri Minister Osla. I am sure that once he has finished speaking, all your doubts will be resolved," said the elderly man in a calm tone, as if he hadn’t been the one who just electrocuted one of the 'heroes.'

"A-Ah, right. Ahem, as I was saying. You, heroes, brought here from another world by the guidance of the gods..."

While the other students were still in shock from what had just happened, Zack kept his gaze fixed on the unconscious student on the floor from the shock.

As much as he wanted to deny it, all the clues led to one unfavorable conclusion.

They had been summoned.

Even though Zack wasn't a fan of comics, they had been included in his reading list, mostly due to the sheer amount of content.

Although there were so quite entertaining ones in the Isekai genre, the conclusion Zack ca to after multiple readings was the sa.

(I'm screwed.)

No matter what kind of summoning it was, the premise was always the sa.

Kids too young to drive, who hadn’t even graduated high school, were kidnapped against their will and forced to fight in wars they had nothing to do with, only to be discarded as if they were nothing, either by being sent back to their world or killed for being too big of a threat to the current regi.

It seed like his sect hypothesis wasn’t too far from the truth.

While Zack was busy reflecting on his current situation, the pri minister was finishing his speech.

"... and your strength. Please, heroes, help us repel the Demon Army."

Zack looked around to see the effect the speech had on his classmates.

The reactions were mixed.

Although the pri minister’s speech was generic, the people it was directed at had just experienced sothing straight out of pure fantasy, and they were still alard and distressed.

So looked at the pri minister with distrust, while others were lost in their own fantasies, imagining themselves as world saviors or possessors of fa and fortune beyond imagination. So still couldn’t process what was happening.

"Please, follow to et His Majesty. I am sure he is eager to et you," said the elderly man, interrupting Zack's thoughts.

Without waiting for anyone, he turned around and left the room, followed closely by the pri minister.

The supposed heroes looked at each other confused and unsure of what to do, until one of them stood up and followed the pri minister.

Soon after, the whole class left the room, trying not to get lost along the way.

Gradually, the appearance of the corridors began to change, becoming more and more luxurious, with more and more guards standing watch.

Zack couldn’t say how much they had walked until the pri minister stopped in front of so ostentatiously large and impractical doors. He then turned around and said,

"Before you is the throne room. Please wait until you are called to enter." With that, he walked away into a nearby side hallway, leaving them alone with the old mage and several guards watching them silently.

The situation they found themselves in couldn’t be considered favorable, but while the students grew more and more uneasy, the image of the elderly man electrocuting one of their classmates was still fresh.

"ATTENTION!!!!! The summoned heroes from another world and the Supre Archmage of the Royal Court, Imak Kadetin Bere, are called before the King to appear before His Majesty Terence II," announced a voice from inside, as the doors slowly opened, allowing them to glimpse the interior.
