“Of course, such a great beauty, how could I possibly let you go?” Mu Chen spoke, and had already taken off Leng Ningzi’s mask, revealing her beauty which rivaled Liu Yuxi’s, becoming utterly breathtaking after her recent cultivation.
Leng Ningzi gave off the impression of an icy, noble woman—untouched by mud despite erging from it, reminiscent of a fairy sister. Of course, she was absolutely more beautiful without makeup.

“No, just five or six days will do, after which I will let you leave.”

“Really, as long as you agree to find food and take care of for these few days, I will let you leave.”

“If I were going to do sothing to you, I would have taken advantage of you by now. Would I need to ramble on with you?” Mu Chen left as he spoke.
After pondering for a mont, Leng Ningzi quickly followed Mu Chen, indeed feeling no malice from him, thus trusting him.
In the days that followed, Mu Chen wasn’t lonely anymore. Leng Ningzi found fruits, hunted, and barbecued at for him as Mu Chen was recovering his Spiritual Energy and amassing power.
However, as the days passed and the third day dawned, Mu Chen opened his eyes, his gaze shifting and his breath surging significantly. Mu Chen felt capable of deploying the Needle Technique.
“Hasn’t this person left yet?” Mu Chen frowned, sensing that the Sanctioner had been tracking him.
“Then let’s knock you out for a while.” Only after sensing that no one was probing did Mu Chen blink and vanish.
“Where is he?” The Sanctioner’s complexion changed as he suddenly realized Mu Chen had disappeared.
“Right behind you.” Mu Chen sneered, placing his hand on the Sanctioner’s neck, and with that, the Sanctioner was knocked out cold.
After the Sanctioner lost consciousness, Mu Chen’s Purple Needle pierced into the Sanctioner’s head, a puncture strong enough to keep the Sanctioner unconscious for several days.
“Beauty, ti to change locations.” Mu Chen took care of the Sanctioner and imdiately returned to Leng Ningzi’s side.
“Change location? What do you an?”
“Simply put, it ans leaving this forest for another one.”
“No.” Leng Ningzi flatly refused.
“Why?”
“I’m tired, and now I have to search again.” Leng Ningzi spoke earnestly.
“I give up on you.” Mu Chen said, and imdiately picked up Leng Ningzi in his arms.
“What are you doing?” Leng Ningzi’s expression shifted as she spoke.
“Of course, I’m taking you away. I don’t want to solve one problem only to have another one co up,” Mu Chen said seriously.
“Trouble? What trouble?”
“Forget it, why am I even telling you these things.” Mu Chen said, speechless, and in a blink, he disappeared from sight.
Mu Chen no longer had Spiritual Energy, or rather, because of the Fla God Pearl, he had only the Fla Emperor Divine Power. But in this world, the strong are terrifying. If soone sensed that he was the Fla Emperor, that would be bad, so he could only use his physical body to vanish at great speed.
A few minutes later, Mu Chen found another forest and went straight in. After entering, he placed Leng Ningzi to one side and imdiately took out Purple Needle.
“What is this hooligan trying to do?” Leng Ningzi wondered, not understanding Mu Chen’s intentions.
Mu Chen let out a breath, and the Purple Needle directly punctured into his body, channeling a surge of Energy throughout all his ridians. For a mont, the Energy slowly began to repair the ridians, and the Holy Energy from the world seeped unwittingly into Mu Chen’s body, gradually restoring his strength.
“What’s with this man’s aura? This energy isn’t just any Spiritual Energy.” Leng Ningzi was shocked, not knowing what was happening to Mu Chen.
Mu Chen sat cross-legged like this through the night, absorbing vast amounts of Holy Energy, his strength recovering once again to the Middle Stage Peak Energy of the Holy King. However, as for other Divine Powers, except for the Fla Emperor Divine Power, the rest had yet to recover.
anwhile, Leng Ningzi was roasting a wild rabbit nearby, its fragrance filling the air.
“What a good wife and mother,” Mu Chen comnted with a smile.
“What happened to you?” At this mont, Leng Ningzi felt as if Mu Chen had beco a different person.
“Nothing much, just mostly recovered. I’m also getting ready to leave,” Mu Chen said seriously.
“Mostly recovered? What do you an?” Leng Ningzi asked.
“Even if I told you, you wouldn’t understand. Let’s eat first.”
“Mhm.”
Leng Ningzi didn’t ask any more, and shared a al with Mu Chen.
However, after they ate, Mu Chen embraced Leng Ningzi from behind, a mischievous smile on his lips.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Leng Ningzi’s face changed drastically as she spoke.
“Of course, it’s to roll in the sheets with you in this forest,” he replied.
“How dare you! You’ve promised before, you’re not a man of your word.”
“Do n ever keep their promises?”
“If you dare, I won’t let you off even as a ghost,” Leng Ningzi said again.
“Alright, I’ll stop teasing you. Look who I am.” Mu Chen said, and removed his mask, realizing that no one sensed them here and confident in his ability to hide, so he took off his mask.
“Mu Chen, it’s you! You’re the scoundrel tornting ; you deceived ,” Leng Ningzi’s face instantly changed as she cursed at Mu Chen.
