Standing at the pathway. Rex finally decided to just take what his instincts told him. He chose the straight path. He knew whatever path he chose sothing major would happen anyway.
"At least this path seems the most dangerous." Rex thought.
This was for two reasons. First, it was the cleanest path. Being clean up to the point that even dust would constantly move off the path. Second, it was wider and trees were just a little further away from the path than the others.
As the group advanced, a strange sign appeared on the way. "Beware of Betrayal for when it happens, saddens the Soul. The physical body goes limp, and the heart dies."
When each other them read it out loud. Rex felt that his won were slowly enjoying the sign.
"Must be my imagination." Rex thought.
He continued. His won slightly behind. A shady figure at the sign now seed to be upset.
The figure disappeared as soon as he appeared. No one noticed the appearance or disappearance of the figure. As Rex continued, "Forget."
Rex stopped feeling his head pounding. He focused on the mory that lead him here. He kept speaking of what had happened. His head pounding even harder as he walked. A mansion appeared in front of him.
He looked and saw different people entering what he assud was his house. He stopped to look around. No one was near him now, the path that ge had taken changed.
He kept talking about the mory that lead him here. He got to the door and opened it. What awaited him was the Demon King of Annihilation form. His won around the form. Even more won were giggling from the hallways and rooms.
Rex kept his cool and walked up to the Demon King of Annihilation form. The duo stared at each other.
"What does an ant think of power?" The Demon King of Annihilation spoke.
"An ant is only as strong as the community." Rex spoke.
"Indeed. The path you chose, the path of destruction. Why?"
"It seed like the most dangerous one to take. So we needed to get it done and over with. I will have to take all three paths in order to fully achieve whatever this is."
A smile ford on the Demon King of Annihilation's face. "Alright speak of the mory that lead you here."
"The mory was when I was attempting my second tournant. Most people hated the fact that I a Fourth Realm Body Cultivator joined in the tournant. When so n wanted to taste of the won close to , it was Violet who threw them into the ring and completely crushed them and destroyed their cultivation.
Afterwards, we headed back to the mansion. The mansion quiet expect for the sound of our footsteps. When nightfall ca, assassins tried to take out my won. The assassins were t with , a quieter assassin who killed them."
The Demon King of Annihilation smiled even bigger. "Congratulations on rembering the mory. Since you do rember, the path that leads to will be sealed. However, the mories that you had or have can change easily. Do not forget the mories."
Instantly, Rex was teleported another arena. Here he faced soone who looked simply marvelous. If any person could have been sculpted out of marble by a god or goddess in the Realms it would have been this person.
"Damn, this guy was annoying." Rex thought.
The man darted when a bell rang. His sword glistening with Qi, when it went for Rex's neck. Rex stopped it with just his pinky finger.
"Take now Axe Technique" Rex spoke and swung the axe down.
The man lost his entire clothing. Won cheered extrely loud due to his nether region. His body did not even look like it took a scratch from his Technique.
"Die you mongrel!"
Rex was able to dodge each swing and Qi technique easily. Just when the man thought he had Rex. Rex used his montum to throw him out of the arena.
The man tried to twist his way out of the fall. Instead, he landed on a stone right in-between his legs. A scream so loud ca from him. Most of the won were willing to try and help him recover.
The damage there was already done. The pills he took could not undo the damage or heal it properly. His ntality long gone by now.
Rex had already left. He and his won were already in the mansion for the night. He went to find Rex. He would not allow the humiliation to stick with him.
He gently covered his nether region with a special cup. He entered the mansion. Once Rex and the man exited the bedroom, Rex found himself on the path similar to the first. The only difference this ti was that the middle path had yellow tape in front of it.
"I guess the path that leads to the Demon King of Annihilation form is now sealed away." Rex spoke.
"The path that you take will be deed unworthy." Violet spoke.
"The path that allows you to forget everything is to the right." Liz's spoke.
"My path has been cleared, Hubby." Iris spoke.
Rex knew at that mont what the paths were. They were linked to him and his won. When he went down the straight path, he rembered what Iris said.
"So Liz's path is to the right while Violet's path is still unknown or to the left." Rex thought.
He and his won walked down the right path. He knew what would be at the end. The only thing it could be was the Demon King of Desires or Will, depending on the ti fra.
Once again, he ca upon the mansion. Where he saw people entering it. Once he got within a certain area, "Welco Challenger. This is not an easy task to enter the mansion.
Make sure that within the correct steps you speak of the mory that is what you just witnessed."
