"Savannah, if you wish to save your parents. Beco soone worthy of my na. Either as a Maid who is used as a rcenary, an Assassin, or simply a maid who cleans up my houses. That choice is yours. If you don't, I can assure you that death will follow." Rex told her.
She nodded.
"Congratulations on becoming on of my maids. Your contributions will determine where your family lies within my city." Rex spoke.
Tears ran down as the family hugged each other. Rex turned his attention to the noble.
"As for you Trash, this is your punishnt." Rex spoke up.
Visions of him being torn limb from limb, until he died of blood loss. Being eaten by wild beasts or fed to tad beasts. A judge sentenced him to a death by hanging. He was left with nothing on to show how worthless a human body, a forr trusted noble, and/or a man truly is to those in power.
When the noble finally looked up. He saw Rex waiting patiently for him to co to terms with his punishnt.
"Are you ready?" Rex asked politely.
That alone made the noble realize that punishnt is not always the end of a person. The punishnt itself is the end to what needs to be ended.
"I am ready for my sentence." The noble spoke.
His eyes truly ready for what laid before him. Even if he truly was not ready to hear what needed to be heard. He would accept it without fail.
"Your punishnt shall be to beco a butler for the ruler." This punishnt shocked everyone in the room.
Eyes blinked without any hesitation, bodies felt heavy from the words, the pressure from Rex felt a million tis worst, and no one was ready to even hear the why to it.
"This is the reason why you are going to beco his butler." Rex spoke after five minutes.
He gave everyone ti to readjust to their normal stance and listen carefully.
"Is everyone good?" Rex asked.
Everyone nodded.
"Alright. This is why you are going to beco his butler. First, any lies or hiding truth from him will result in your death. Any attempts to contact you to start this up again in the city will beco his first priority to stop."
Rex stopped to allow what he said to sink in. Everyone had to agree that this was good.
"Second, you can still maintain your title during the day or when you can stay at your house. While with the ruler, you are his butler." Rex gave the second reason.
Displeased looks could be seen. This was nothing because they were going to continue to hear the last part.
"The final reason belongs to the family. You honestly treated them well. If they did not obey you, you gave proper punishnt without going too far. I am sure that Savannah is pleased to hear that. So by treating them well, you not only saved yourself but your family. " Rex finished.
Savannah was greatly appreciative that Rex would be lenient with the punishnt due to her family being treated fairly. She decided to use that fairness to warrant her decision.
"Master, I wish to decide which route you wish to take for in my Maid Career with you." Savannah spoke.
"Go on." Rex replied.
"I wish to beco a rcenary. Not just a normal rcenary, but one that will serve as a network communication for you. Rather it be here in the Nine Realms or in the Demon Realm. I wish to develop the best network for you." Savannah spoke with confidence and conviction.
"That sounds like a grand undertaking. Although, it will be hard. I am sure that you will do great while following through the Realms." Rex told her.
"Thanks!" Savannah was proud.
Having dealt with the major issue, Rex decided to relax. He asked the Oracle to prepare a bath. Which of course was done fairly quick.
The noble returned to his ho and explained the situation to his wife. The ruler returned to his house. His mind on the future of the city. Savannah's family decided to help Rex relax in the family.
The mother, Savannah, and the new step daughter all decided to help him relax by massaging him in the water.
As Rex entered the hot bath, steam rose and entered his nose. The scent of the perfu and soap the maids used to make the water very floral. The steam making his body already feel less tense before even stepping in.
"Ti to enjoy." Rex spoke and gently stepped into the bath. The hot water slightly hotter than what he expected. Nonetheless, he could still enjoy it.
He closed his eyes and began to slowly drift asleep. The power of the hot warm soothing his worn out muscles. He did not even realize the won entered naked.
They poured a healing oil over their breasts and hands to ensure that he is taken care of. Using everything they had, the trio ensured that Rex's body was covered in the oil. Then they too decided to enjoy the bath.
The won paid close attention to Rex to ensure that nothing bad happened to him. Their fears were for naught as Rex slept in the bath able to keep his in a stabile position.
Almost the sun rose, finally the water had turned frigid. Rex began to feel slightly cold before waking up and realized that he had spent the entire night sleeping in the bath.
"Such a beautiful sleep." Rex could not imagine how bad he truly must have been to have slept in the hot tub.
He looked at the won who were casually not caring if he saw them. Right now, that did not matter. Rex was more worried about if they slept or not.
"Do you three not sleep and stay in here all night?" Rex asked.
"We joined in after you had passed out. We massaged your body in oil and relaxed in here with you." Savannah replied.
"Well, we need to get out and enjoy the pleasant bed." Rex spoke.
The won were the first to get out. Then they gently guided Rex to the stairs. They dried him off first, then themselves. Rex was dressed in a thin clothing for a good night's rest and the won in more revealing nightware. Savannah and the step daughter both joined Rex in bed as they all slept for the entire day.
