As the discussion as to how the rits would be given. Rex, the Ancient Zuggurant, the eldest son of the Cat King, the Cat King father, and the leader of the group all were eating a rather fancy al.
This al consisted of grown vegetables, a bowl of fruit in the center of the table, and various ats that were spicy or completely bland.
"This is how you would eat this at." The leader spoke.
He grabbed a piece of at without any hesitation and grabbed a orange like thing and squeezed just a little on top of the at before sucking out the rest of the juice and took a bite out of eat with the juice still in his mouth.
The Ancient Zuggurant took the next piece and followed the sa process. He was not too thrilled with the taste. Rex was next, he followed the Ancient Zuggurant's ntality.
Once they had tried that piece, the at that looked like it had weird spots on it was next.
"For this, you can either squeeze red fruit on top or eat it has it is. Most Beastn, just prefer to eat it as it is. This has weird spices that make them want more.
For that reason, they just normally do nothing. If they are at a party or sowhere nice. They squeeze the fruit to weaken the effects." The leader told them.
When the duo of the new guys both had a piece on a fork without using the red fruit. They imdiately felt the effects. Their taste buds and stomachs growling angrily that they had not already devoured several pieces.
"That seasoning is indeed weird." Rex spoke.
"It is." The Ancient Zuggurant followed.
"Well, the people who developed the spice keep the ingredients a secret. Even the King barely knows any of the spices. They gave out three of the common spices." The leader spoke.
As they finished their al. The children ca up to Rex and the group.
"A round of the most spirited drinks!" Three of them gave their opinions.
Seeing it was the royal children, they were given four rounds of spirited drinks for free. The children tried their best to force the business to take their money. No one dared to take their money until the owner ca out.
"I'll take paynt for one round of drinks." He told the children.
"Thanks." He replied when a coin was handed to him.
"By the way, keep the change." The girl who handed the coin replied.
"Thank you for your generous gift, Princess." He spoke very happy.
She just shook her head in absolute happiness.
"You were to co up with the plan correct?" A young looking boy spoke to Rex.
"Yea that was ." Rex weirdly replied.
Rex had no idea where this was going.
"Very good. Let ask you this. What would you do for the rit system?" He asked.
Rex figured that they just wanted to know.
"For the War rits, I would do it like this. 5 rits for winning the war, 5 rits for every 50 Beastn not critically injured or dead, 5 rits for making sure that you yourselves are not injured."
The children agreed at this point. There could honestly be a lot of Wars that happen and having fought in more wars would be beneficial.
"Now for derits. 4 derits if you lose a war, 4 derits for every 50 Beastn critically injured or dead, 10 derits if you get injured."
The children were a little afraid of actually getting injured. That did not an that this would stop them from trying has hard as they can.
"Now for simple citizen rits. If you gain more trust within the communities that you all are going towards, they will eventually send ssages to the King. He can grade them to equal out rits as he wants.
If you were given a losing War but the Beastn there saw that no matter what you still stood up. He could use their words to wipe a few derits out. That is his choice but it cannot go more than 20 derits." Rex told them.
As the group of children smiled at this. The girl who had handed the coin away seed intent on slling Rex. His natural sll filled her nostrils with a heavenly scent. Her instincts to mate increased.
Due to her training at a young age, she had the discipline to not force herself upon him. So she just naturally sat down on his lap gave him a hug.
The other children were actually happy. She had shown affection to the opposite sex. That was sothing that she did not do.
"You sll heavenly. Your chest fills like Daddy's." She told Rex.
She just stayed there. Finding her warmth inside the chest of a human male, and as for Rex, he was upset that this was happening.
Not that he did not mind her company. Comparing him to her dad was sothing that he honestly did not like. That was about to beco worst.
"Well, lookie here. If it ain't the girl who likes my chest." The King spoke lovingly.
The children bowed to their father. The others around the table slightly nodded. As for Rex and the girl, he could not do anything.
"Make sure to co back for her. She has never liked many boys or n. Heck, she would often beat up her brothers to ensure that they knew where they belonged." The King spoke softly.
"Daddy!" She replied angrily.
Light chuckles echoed throughout the table reaching the inside of the restaurant. People were honestly happy to see the King and his family having such a glorious day outside.
"Before you father," the boy who spoke to Rex about the rits, "here you go."
"Oh the rit system is now complete." The King spoke up.
Rex had a bad feeling about this.
"Seems good. Everyone else okay with this?" The King asked.
"Yup! Yeah! Sure." The responses.
"Very good. Thank you Rex for everything."
" and my big mouth. Oh well." Rex thought.
The girl would not budge to let Rex get out of the seat.
