As the night passed, Rex felt his dream being one that he would never would want to forget.
In the midst of a battlefield, he stood alone. Sothing that he done multiple tis and had fought against a lot. Yet, he stood there sad and worried.
A portal opens and a wave of Shadow People ca bursting through. Rex just stood there waiting for them to finish exiting.
"KILL THE BASTARD!"
Shouts of anger and wrath flooded the battlefield. As Rex stood there, a single Fae Devil ca up to him.
"Great Demon King of Annihilation, Battle Maid War God has fully taken the Eighth Realm. Battle Maid Astarte has rescued Amber from the Seventh Realm and defeated the Shadow People there."
"Wait a mont." Rex spoke.
A single stomp caused the entire Realm to almost buckle due to the Demon King of Annihilation's raw power being maxed.
"Continue."
"Ladies Iris and Liz have both taken the Fifth Realm. Lady Violet helped her father control the Sixth Realm.
As for the lower Fourth Realm, Battle Maids Mara and Zahida both got it under control. The Third Realm is being controlled by your people whom has been train by Lady Bella.
The last two Realms have been controlled by Maximum and Demon. We are just waiting for the good news from here."
"I guess I must not take too long now." Rex replied and charged into the army.
The sounds of bones being crushed filled the Fae Devil's ears. Even being a ways away the sound was extrely loud. The Fae Devil saw a smile on the face of Rex.
"By the twin goddesses," the Fae Devil blurted.
This upset ra and Mira who wanted to bless the Fae Devil for doing such a grand job. Yet, nothing could stop the destruction that Rex was doing.
Rex only saw the bodies of the dead under his feet. This was what brought a smile to his face.
Behind the Fae Devil a black blur who was standing guard as Rex continued to destroy the Shadow People.
"I will beco your Soul Mate."
The dream ended.
Rex woke up to Astarte slightly nudging him. It was almost ti for the group to et up at the right place.
"I wonder who becos my Soul Mate?" Rex thought about it.
He truly could not shake the thought on who it could be. As he and Astarte journeyed to their eting location, she could tell how much sothing bothered him.
"Demon King, may I ask a question?"
Rex stopped as he wondered who asked the question. He took a quick glance around and found the Astarte was the one to speak.
"What is up?" Rex asked.
"Sothing seems to be bothering you. I was curious as to what it was?" Astarte said.
"I had a dream. Inside that dream, the Realms were almost safe from destruction. I was the last one fighting. I was fighting alone because I think the heavy hitters had just entered the Ninth Realm."
Astarte felt chills going down her spine and shake her ribs.
"I got news about the soone becoming my Soul Mate. So I do not know who it was or where she ca from. I know that she is waiting for . I cannot let her down nor will I try to let her be alone for a while."
Astarte was glad that it was sothing simple. She feared how she would explain it to the other won around Rex. It was not due to her knowledge but the fact that soone like him would have multiple won by his side.
As they reached the destination, already nearly 5,000 Fae Devils were nearby. Several stands were up for the recruitnt. As the papers were handed to Astarte.
Rex just took a glance at the papers. He saw the rough numbers and took a wild guess at the total number.
Astarte needed ti to learn all the nas under her control. This was not just for her but for the legion as well.
As the group continued to form their position due to frontline infantry, long range casters, mid range casters, and finally Devil Flyers.
The Devil Flyers were a group of Fae Devils who existed only to fly at close to mid range and cause massive waves of destruction upon the enemy.
This group of Fae Devils have existed since ancient tis and were the most pronounced group to wage war, be paid to go to war, and be forced to fight each other.
As Astarte continued to look through the papers. Rex was already ready to find the woman in his dream.
"Hopefully she is a good woman and soone who will easily get along with others." Rex thought.
As the ti grew closer to their departure, more than eight thousand Fae Devils wanted to join in the legion and the army.
Once the ti to depart ca to, Rex and Astarte both were ready to see what the future laid in store for them.
