The demons knew that their Demon King would beco increasingly more busy. In the back of their mind, they all wondered when he would return.
In the midst of solitude, a demon said what everyone was thinking. This surprised everyone and even more so Lilith.
"Honestly, I have no idea when I will be able to." Rex replied.
This news made Lilith a little sad but she knew that she would have to return.
"I do want so trustworthy demons living in my city. I know it is not what most people want but since this city is having all races live inside. It will be a harder ti than humans living with Beastn but the reward will be even greater." Rex continued.
A smile ford on Lilith's face. This ant that Rex would eventually,and probably sooner than later, have to co down to the Demon Realm.
"Co in child." The Nine Tailed Queen said.
Rex's child entered the room from upstairs. The child looked exactly like Rex, even the Qi coming off felt exactly like his.
"Does the child even have what makes special attached?" Rex asked silently.
"Not yet. Would you rather it be a son or daughter?" The Nine Tailed Queen replied.
Rex did not respond and instead looked at his child with a pleasant face.
"When can I have my child so we can go back to having fun the good way?" Lilith asked.
Jaws dropped from the demons because the child was known but her wanting to go back at it was special.
"I have already broken the promise of letting the children be born close to each other. You know who to ask about such things." Rex answered.
Lilith smiled and looked at the five won with pleading eyes. Their eyes burned with fury at the Demon Mistress. Seeing the looks, Lilith gave up for now.
The demons were still inside with all of this. They were the most surprised at how well the won were acting. For most n and demons this kind of familia bonding was not even in the mindset let alone working.
The few n who did have this working
Their power or influence was too great for the bonding not to happen.
The demons wanted to see where the demons living here would go. So Rex asked Bella to led them around the city. Bella was upset but led them.
The won knew that Bella needed loving and told Rex to give it to her when the other demons left.
Rex agreed. He first went into give the Nine Tailed Queen's room. This was to feel if he could the calamity in the Demon Realm.
To his surprise, he could not. When he was next to her, he could feel both of them. Even though the Nine Tailed Queen was extrely pleased to be beside her husband after so long. The calamity was appeased with the fact that the Demon Realm was at least close to their previous ho.
The Nine Tailed Queen ca in and put her arms around Rex. He could feel the amount of love coming from her. Even the calamity started to feel strange with this love mixed between the three.
Rex knew the calamity needed to co back and get close to the Nine Tailed Queen. He had to get the agreent to allow it to co back.
Rex walked back and yelled for his wives. Everyone charged to the living room. They were shocked to see a hurt expression on Rex.
Before anyone asked, Rex began, "I have to get the calamity and the Nine Tailed Queen back together. It is going to suck but this has to happen. The two are so tightly connected, even the emotions are connected."
Rex stopped to allow this to settle in. When the expressions finally stopped Rex continued.
"In order to get this to completely finish properly, I will need the calamity to give a drop of its essence to the Nine Tailed Queen. This should give the increase that is needed for the next round. Honestly, I am afraid that this will either completely work or fail so miserably that both could be lost forever. The next round will go to that shadowy world of Earth."
When Rex finished, the won were genuinely shocked at Rex's words. So much in so little ant that he had either no choice or this was the best of the choices.
"What happens when it returns here?" Iris asked.
"We will et it in Ophiuchus's Valley. I hope that the coverage is good enough, but I know it is not. I truly hope and pray that this battle will be won without a fight." Rex answered.
Liz gave a Yes on the very first blurt. This was to make both Rex and the Nine Tailed Queen happy. She also said that no person should be left out.
When the other won gave their answers. The demons returned and Rex explained the situation again to them. This made them upset but valuing their Demon King. They agreed but said that other demons had to help guide the calamity here. Rex accepted it.
Lilith went to the Demon Realm to get Demon Rex to get the calamity. Although its siblings were honestly upset. Demon Rex explained that no fighting was going to happen.
The calamity slowly walked with Demon Rex. The duo t Lilith who made the calamity upset.
"Your feelings are being sent to my husband who asked for you. When we return to the Mortal Realms, I ask that you be on good behavior and follow us." Lilith commanded.
This upset the ccalamity. It followed the orders and kept up with Lilith, and Demon Rex was allowed to ride the back of the calamity.
Along the way, the demons who were supposed to et up with the group did. The portal to the Third Mortal Realm was opened. The Demon God was one of the demons who walked with Lilith to make sure the calamity did not act up along the way.
