"I am going to take a wild guess that three of four Heavenly Dragons beca the Gods and Goddesses." I said, feeling the Heavenly Soldier shake.
"Yes. The last one beca a Demon God. How a Heavenly Dragon enters into the Heavenly Realm or how one becos a God or Goddess is still unknown." The Heavenly Guard answered.
When she spoke, she got up and looked at the Heavenly Soldier.
"Your punishnt has been decided. Are you ready for him?" She asked.
"I," I interrupted her.
"We still have to talk about the town." I did not want to hear that answer right now.
"Of course. I forgot because of her. I apologize for not thinking about it." The Heavenly Guard said.
I took a quick breath and closed my eyes.
"Since there is no higher rank here, what shall be my punishnt?" She asked.
I looked at her, and she was bowed.
"Just tell about the town and leave no details untouched." I replied.
"Please do not force yourself on ." I prayed silently, waiting for her response.
The Heavenly Guard looked at seriously.
"You will not say anything intentionally?" She asked in a worried voice.
"I can not control myself around the Heavenly Judge. I will do my best." I replied.
She closed her eyes and took off her shirt. Under the shirt was no bra, but she had enough Qi to keep her breasts up.
"If you do what you want with my breasts, that will prevent from taking advantage of by other Heavenly Guard or Judge." She held her breasts with her arms.
"No other way?" I worriedly asked.
She nodded no. I refluctantly touched her breasts.

The shady figure took two behind him away. I figured it was because of the choices he said I was too powerful for.
"Sir, can I ask why I am being asked?"

I continued in silence. Although, my choice would be Heavenly Judge. I had no clue about Heavenly Legionaire or Heavenly Rider.
"It seems you are at a misdirection. Which of the Heavenly Titles do you need to know?" The shady figure asked.
"Heavenly Legionaire and Heavenly Rider." I responded.
"Very well. They are the top of the chain below Heavenly Dragon. If the Heavenly Judge needs ninety-nine righteous decisions to advance. The Heavenly Legionaire and Heavenly Rider only need one. They go through all the realms, and finding was to improve that realm. The downside is that the one righteous decision affects the Heavenly Realms only. That decision not only can happen once, but if it fails, the ascension still happens, but the outco of The Heavenly Dragon will be affected." The shady figure answered.
I felt a world of headaches coming. One of them was affecting right now. In one eye, I saw the Heavenly Guard and Heavenly Soldier trying to save . In the other eye, I kept seeing this scene.
"It seems you are not in the Heavenly Realms. I am sorry for taking your ti." The shady figure beca a Dragon.
"WAIT!" I shouted.
The Dragon looked at . I wanted to make a decision now, but I wanted to learn more about the Heavenly Dragon.
"I want to learn more about the Heavenly Dragon. If I make a decision now, will I be able to learn?" I pleaded.
"I shall get you a scroll and when you reach the Ninth Mortal Realm. The basics of the Heavenly Dragon will be shown to you. Is that acceptable?" The Dragon asked.
"Of course. I do want to beco a Heavenly Rider." I yelled.
The Dragon smiled. It had been ages since he felt soone so positive about becoming a Heavenly Rider or Heavenly Legionaire.
"LET THE HEAVENLY REALMS AND MORTAL REALMS REJOICE. A NEW HEAVENLY RIDER AND/OR HEAVENLY LEGIONAIRE HAS ENTERED THE FRAY. ALL SHALL BOW DOWN AND ACCEPT THIS MAN OR WOMAN TO BE AT THE VERY TOP OF THE REALMS. THAT THE DECISION THAT AFFECTS THE HEAVENLY REALMS BE A GOOD CHOICE." The Dragon roared.
I left the place I was at. I was back in the office. The office itself was shaking. I could not tell what was happening.
"All Realms are all shaking with excitent. An announcent was made through the office."
I could barely move myself. The Heavenly Guard said Heavenly Soldier both turned towards and bowed.
The two did not know why they bowed down. What they did know was that their bodies were not under their control.
"Why now?" The Heavenly Soldier cried.
The Heavenly Guard herself felt that sothing was wrong here. She needed to know herself.
They prostrated for a couple of minutes before their bodies let loose. The won felt relief before checking .
"Your Heavenly Qi has reached a milestone in the Mortal Realms." The Heavenly Guard nearly said out loud.
