Chapter 22: THE NEGOTIATIONS -(3)

"Kidnapping a young lady is a cri you know!" spoke Alicia as she gave Liam a fierce glare.

She could not believe that she was taken into an unknown mansion by Liam. He did not even allow her to walk on her own two feet since the mont they stepped out of the car.

Liam looked at the woman in front of him and simply answered with, "Yes, yes, kidnapping is a cri little Ally, but you aren't a young lady now, are you?"

Liam kept a mocking gaze at Alicia while she stood in front of him with her mouth agape by the re insult, he would utter about her.

"What do you an by that? And who are you calling little?" said Alicia as she started walking closer towards Liam, she simply held her hands forward towards Liam's neck and when she finally gripped on it, she sneered at him and said, "I happen to be twenty-six years old this year."

Liam sighed inwardly whilst he watched the little girl in front of him trying to kill him.

He simply picked her up from the floor and started walking towards his study which was situated on the second floor on the right, next to his bedroom.

Alicia of course kept on squirming and screaming for Liam to let go of her, Liam did not pay heed to her words of course and kept walking towards his study.

When the entered the room. He sat Alicia on a stool which was opposite his and locked the door behind them.

"Alicia, you are the young lady of the Adams family, also the one and only little Ally of Mr Chris Adams the young sir of the Adams family. Tell why you have been subjected to blind dates these past few months?" asked Alicia the mont he sat down trying to ease the tension between them.

Alicia simply shrugged her shoulders showing that what Liam had asked about is not important enough to be even spoken about.

Liam tried to keep his cool and asked Alicia sothing, "Why have you been rude to each and every suitor that your mother and brother arrange for you?"

This ti Alicia looked at Liam with utter shock, how could she be labelled as the one who was being rude in this aspect?

"Liam, I think you need to get your facts straight, firstly, I never agreed to those blind dates willingly, the reason is too shaless for to speak off. Secondly, I have never been rude to the young n which I have dined with, I simply do not like any of them. And thirdly, I never asked to be given a companion. I have a lot to deal with to be able to act docile and fragile so I can be taken care of." Answered Alicia with a fiercely angry expression.

Liam chuckled lightly at her words and simply said, "Have you been married before Alicia Adams…?"
