Chapter 20: THE NEGOTIATION (1)

"Chris, I've been kidnapped, …" were the words Alicia said last when Liam forced her into the car.

She kept a serious glare at him, it was unspeakable that he would simply pick her from the floor and get her into the car without giving her any room for escape.

Liam simply looked at the unrestrained woman in front of him with a puzzled expression and helplessly said, "I didn't kidnap you Alicia, you and I both know that fact."

She sneered at him without saying any words.

...…

An hour before

"Put down Liam, I'm not a sack of rice!!" said Alicia as she tried to squirm her way out of Liam's strong hold.

No matter how hard she tried to set herself free, Liam could easily press her down and not let her make any movents.

Alicia found herself being pushed into a car without being given a chance for escape, she wanted to dash out of the car and pounce on Jas just once, but both her father and Liam don't seem to be keen on giving her that chance no matter what.

She glared quietly at Jas who had been standing quietly in the distance, he looked like he was lost sowhere and hadn't co to terms with what just happened with Alicia, she sohow always kept him at arms length, no matter how hard he tried to capture her heart, she just would not give him the ti of day, yet a month later, there is a man who she has kept with herself for more than a day, she hasn't tried to strangle him yet.

The more he thought about the situation, the more he wanted Liam out of the picture, he was going to be a huge distraction for Alicia, and that's what he wants to be instead, if only she would take the chance to actually listen to him speak.

The mont the car which Alicia and Liam where in dashed off, Jas quietly entered into his car again and drove away.

Although he seed gloomy and uninterested, he had a creepy smile on the side of his lips which spelt trouble.

......…..

In the airport:

The mont Chris was about to saunter out of the airport with his luggage, his phone rang.

Although he wished it wouldn't be his little sister, he knew very well that only she would dare call him while he had spoken about being away for the weekend.

He slowly picked up the call, …" Chris I've been kidnapped!!" where the only words which ca from the call and it ended briefly.
