Toma had already left, and as she was about to shut the door, her heart skipped a beat when she saw a familiar figure standing there.
It was her wolf.
"Lucas," Kyra quickly pulled Lucas into her room, holding his arms and closing the door with a bang.
Her heart ached when she noticed the blood on his forehead. Cupping his cheeks, she looked into his eyes, her own eyes welling up with tears.
"Kyra... Why are you here?" Lucas's eyes widened in surprise.
"I ca here for you," she whispered, her fingers softly caressing his cheeks. Lucas's attention shifted to her torn clothes and the bandaged injury on her forehead and arms.
"Oh my goodness, why are you hurt? Let see," he said nervously. Seeing her injury made his heart skip a beat. "Who told you to co here? You should take care of yourself..."
Before he could finish his sentence, she tiptoed towards him. With a tender touch, her soft lips t his, leaving Lucas montarily speechless.

Lucas's heart raced as he felt her gentle kiss. He held her by the waist, closing his eyes and deepening the kiss.
Turning around, Lucas pressed her against the wall, bringing them closer. He could feel her soft chest against his own, and his hands road her waist as he passionately explored her mouth, causing her to moan.
"L-Lucas," Kyra moaned, arching her back and throwing her head back as Lucas began to kiss her neck, his strong arms holding her tightly.
After a mont, Lucas pulled back, resting his forehead against hers. His desire for her was evident.
"We're sa sa," he said, pointing to the injury on her forehead and then to his own. A smile appeared on Kyra's face as she held his face and began to shower him with kisses—his temple, both cheeks, and even his nose.
"Oww..." Lucas groaned when she playfully bit his nose, and he looked at her with a slight pout.
"Who told you to offend that snake? Now look, you're kidnapped and injured," Kyra scolded gently as she led him towards the bed, guiding him to sit down while supporting his shoulder.
The healer had treated her with antiseptic herbs and bandages, and remnants of the treatnt were still present, including a piece of cotton. She gently wiped away the blood from his forehead, her eyes focused on his handso face.
His big ocean-blue eyes stared back at her, frad by long eyelashes. He had a tall nose and plump lips, and his silver shoulder-length hair fell carelessly around his face.
After wiping away the blood, Kyra took his soft, long silver hair in her hands, gently running her fingers through them before tying them into a bun. Then, she applied the remaining antiseptic herb paste to his wound, which luckily wasn't too deep, so she didn't need to bandage it.
Seeing him sitting there so obediently, her heart softened. She sat beside him, holding his hands and speaking softly. "We'll find a way to leave this place soon, once we get the chance."
"Okay," Lucas replied, his gaze never leaving hers, his eyes filled with intense emotions as he looked at her.
"But we can't let anyone know that we know each other..." Kyra said, her head slightly lowered.
"Why? You're mine," Lucas protested, pouting.

Kyra blushed as she responded, "Lucas, I told them I was separated from my mate, and in their eyes, I was a female in distress. So, until we have the opportunity to leave, no one can know that we're together..."
"Sounds exciting to ," Lucas said, imagining secret etings and stolen kisses, hidden from everyone's view.
This felt like a forbidden love story, straight out of the tales he had heard.
"What are you thinking?" Kyra asked, noticing his strange expression.
"Nothing much, just wondering if you've eaten anything because those snakes have been starving ," he said pitifully, holding her hands and widening his eyes, making them big, watery, and irresistible.
Suddenly, they heard footsteps approaching from outside. Kyra and Lucas's eyes widened as they exchanged a glance.
"Hide!"
