The air around the two was so tense that even Hex had to take a step back. Judging based on the aura these two were giving off, he was sure that it was only a matter of ti before they both pounced on each other.

"I dare you to repeat those words" Lenard hissed as his fluttering clothes kept fluttering but at a slower rate. His ti magic was slowly affecting everything around him even without him knowing.

anwhile, Lucien was surrounded by tiny bolts of lightning while a mild wind blew around him. A devilish grin appeared on his face, revealing his fangs as he took a bold step towards Lenard.

"I hate repeating myself but for you, I will make an exception! Fucking fall on your knees or I will cripple you in two seconds!" Lucien growled.

Both combatants took a step back and crouched slightly, preparing to pounce on each other that they failed to notice the lady standing beside them.

Bang!

The hall was extrely large, probably big enough to harbor about five thousand people. In normal circumstances, one would think that a large portion of the freshers would love to join the war mage path but the truth remains that many people don't fancy this path.

War mages are always the people at the frontline during battles and wars. Their lives are always at risk and even though there are well-compensated, many believe no amount of money is worth their life!

Lucien and Lenard were forced seat at the front roll by the instructor as a punishnt for trying to start a fight in her class. Their heads were aching so much that Lucien began to wonder how this petite brown-haired woman could hit so hard. He had heard that as a person increases in cultivation level, their bodies get stronger as well. Lucien has never paid attention to minor details like this until today.

"Welco to the War mage class, You can call Instructor Emma and I will be the one handling this class during your first year here Now, who can tell what you know about the war mage class?" Instructor Emma asked with a charming smile on her face.

She wore a customized blue mage robe which was shot and revealing. Even though she had a small build, her assets could be considered busty for soone of her size, giving her an alluring figure which made all the male human students and a good number of the male beast-n students daydream about a night with her instead of focusing in class.

Seeing that most of the male students were distracted and he didn't feel like letting the girls outdo him, Lucien begrudgingly got on his feet as he answered.

"The war mage path focuses on improving the lethality and destructive capabilities of a spell" Lucien would have loved to explain further but he wasn't on good terms with the human b##ch who dared to lay her hands on him.

"Quite true but incomplete" Instructor Emma said.

"War mages do not necessarily focus on destructive capabilities of spells or lethality Actually, war mages focus on bringing the best out of their spells, judging based on their nature and purpose" A human female with bright red hair and eyes, indicating her strong affinity to the fire elent.

Lucien knew this much and would have said the sa thing if it wasn't for the grudge he held against Instructor Emma. In his opinion, limiting his effort in clash would affect her in so say since he can't beat the crap out of her now.

"Correct! The na war mages may indicate battle and all that but even in battle support abilities are considered the best in most cases." Instructor Emma said with a bright smile.

Waving her hand she conjured a sphere of water effortlessly.

"When any random mages cast a spell this is what it looks like and they toss it at you These normal mages prioritize quantity over quality but for we war mages, we bring the best out of every little mana spent" Instructor Emma said as she raised her wrist and the water sphere followed suit, slowly taking the shape of a water spear with well-defined features.

Pa!

Closing her hand, the water spear returned to its spherical form as it slowly expanded before colliding with Instructor Emma. With a good amount of effort, Instructor Emma was able to change the form of the water and turn it into an armor.

Seeing her skillfully manipulate the elent, everyone in the class was left intrigued, and even Lucien forgot his grudge against this lady and admired her skill.

"That's all for now the main purpose of this path is to help bring the best out of your magic As we all know, the empire values originality more than copycats it is also advisable that one can create his or her own spell from scratch this will help you understand the process and this will help you understand your magic In this class, everyone has a choice you can choose to accept the grimoire fild with spells created by others over the centuries or you can choose to learn the hard way and create a spell of your own!" Instructor Emma said.

While many would prefer to just used already created spells, a few talented youths end up creating their own spells. These people are always extraordinary!

It didn't matter to her if they are human or Beast-n. As long as they are talented, she is willing to work with them as long as she can bring out the best in them.

The class was led to an open field by Instructor Emma where they are to practice spells. Every one of them was handed a grimoire containing the most common beginner spells of every elent known to man.

"What the hell is this?" Lucien wore a disgusted expression on his face when he was handed a grimoire when it was his turn to walk through the teleportation pod.

His hands remained shoved deep into his pocket showing he had no intentions of taking it from Instructor Emma.

"I apologize for his rude attitude but I think what my friend is trying to say here is that only weaklings need sothing like this to create a spell we are not weak" Hex said with a charming smile on his face.
