From afar one could see three dazzling lights ganging up on one silver light yet they all kept getting blown away. No matter how much they tried or from what direction they ca from, they always got knocked away but even then they kept attacking relentlessly, leaving many to wonder what the main goal of their actions are.

Lukas knocked aside Raizen god beast but before he could recover fully, he saw a golden light charging towards him!
"This" He muttered as he got struck by the golden beam, pushing him a hundred ters back but that was all it could do!
"ARRRRRRGGGGGHHH!" The old man growled as he grabbed the head of the giant Argo and flung the magic beast hundreds of ters up with so much effort but at that mont a searing blue fla appeared behind him.
Lucien hopped out of it and with his blazing spear, creating the massive blue fla whirlpool, he struck down viciously, with his killing intentions let loose.
"Get back!" Lukas growled with a raised eyebrow and a powerful wind shockwave exploded, sending Lucien flying.

Lucien landed on his feet, sliding a few ters back before coming to a complete halt. Lukas gazed at his grandson and wondered how powerful the Raizen clan would have been if Lucien remained. He couldn't help but admit deep down that Lucien can be considered as one of the greatest geniuses born on this continent, if not the greatest! Going from a powerless kid to a man who can compete with the strongest warriors of the continent just in one year.
While it took them centuries to reach the level it only took him a year to get to this level. If this kid was still in the Raizen clan, they would have grood him with all their resources in preparation for the day he will take over this empire and then the continent.
"It's a pity you have to die here" Lukas said as he began walking towards Lucien coldly.
"Who said I plan on dying here?" Lucien said with a sinister smile on his face.
He stomped his feet on the ground and the entire space around him began trembling violently as his body began releasing the gray mist
"All this while I have been testing your strength and I have to say I am not impressed ti is not on my side and I plan to make the Rakuzen clan mine! If you don't wish to die from my first attack, I suggest you use your martial technique" Lucien said with an indifferent look on his face which made Lukas shiver badly.
He has known Lucien long enough to know that once the kid is never overconfident, neither does he look down on an opponent. Lucien's greatest strength has never been his talent or intellect, instead, it was his ability to tell his capabilities. As long as one knows what he is capable of, he will consciously make attempts to avoid situations that can lead to his untily death.
Originally he expected Lucien to flee after landing a devastating blow on him, yet Lucien remained and kept fighting. Recently he and two of his magic beast assimilations joined hands to bombard Lukas but what they realized was that he wasn't trying to overpower his enemy or even win, he was only probing Lukas to know his limit.
Now he declared that he would kill Lukas in one blow if he is looked down on, how can Lucien not take this seriously?
"You dare look down on ?" Lukas growled seething with anger but even then he didn't dare make a move. This was a sign he acknowledged Lucien as a capable foe!
"You and I know that I have never looked down on any mber of the Raizen clan I have always held them in high regard, so don't you ever assu I looked down on you without reason I can only tell that I am stronger and that's all there is to it!" Lucien said calmly as he took a fighting stance and the gray mist ford a Chinese martial arts ying and yang symbol behind him.
By this ti Lucien's eyes were pitch black with no form of light and the entire atmosphere had turned heavy. It felt like this plane of existence was overturned by an unknown force. Lukas couldn't help but feel like he was standing there but he wasn't there. It felt like two worlds colliding and rging together!
Seeing this, the old scrawny man dared not hold back anymore, his eyes let out a bright silver light as his feeble body suddenly buffed up and in just an instant the old man seed to have returned to his youth. Lukas in this form looked like he was only twenty-five, extrely muscular with long, waist-length silver hair. He had a pointy nose and good body physique and slightly pale skin.
Just as his body returned to its peak state, so did his powers increase trendously as well. At this point, the entire forest kept trembling violently under his power but Lucien did not look moved by the show of power because he was already expecting this. Ever since he was little he was aware of the martial technique their clan head practiced.
Amongst cultivators, the greatest enemy is never the living but ti. As one gets older, their talent slowly vanishes and they keep depreciating. Even an old peak level spirit realm expert may not be able to exert as much power as a youth at the mid or low level of the spirit realm, all because of their old bodies. This pathway was devised to return a fighter to his pri for a short period of ti when he was at his strongest and the world was at his palms!

This martial technique is reserved for old fools who are unable to let go of their past glories and look forward You choose to remain in the past and dream of the days when your na made your enemies shiver and because of that you have failed to notice what is right in front of you" Lucien said coldly.
