The power of Thunder can be used, but it’s limited to wielding it to descend from the skies; no substantial changes otherwise. The force it exhibits is far inferior to Jeana’s own.
At the sa ti, the Storm Dragon lacks enhancent capabilities and cannot wield the power of the priest.
Yet, in collaboration, the Storm Dragon can elevate Jeana’s own power, even enhancing so augntation abilities significantly. For Jeana, it is undoubtedly a worthy Totem.
The final ability is the summoning of Elental Dragons, though this still relies on the Elental World.
Jeana herself has made breakthroughs, enlarging her influence in the Elental World.
But since the number of Elental Dragons there is limited, Jeana has little choice.

Jeana, however, is not doing this for her own use, but for those Magic Net Summoners.

Once she secures the entire Elental Plane, it will be completely different. Unfortunately, the originally Legendary Level Elental Dragons cannot break through to the Demigod Level along with Jeana, as they do not belong to her inherently.
