This wasn’t sothing like Zhao Guang and Xi Fei’s conjured from external forces; it was a special technique unique to giant dragons. In the inherited mories, even among the Silver Dragons, few could master this special super magic technique.
To condense this power, one needed to extract and refine their giant dragon power, continually refining it.
The whole process was extrely painful since it involved extracting one’s origin for refining.
Even though giant dragons were already incredibly powerful, who would want to endure such pain?
Besides, not just any giant dragon could achieve this condensation. Among the Silver Dragon race, only those who trained in both Combat Energy and Magic to the extre could cultivate the Silver Light.
The weakest strength needed both powers to reach the peak of Super Magical Beast, preferably Legendary Magical Beast level.

And if Xi Fei hadn’t provoked her, Sephidya might not have trained in this at all.
Sephidya didn’t want her master to see, so she secluded herself, blocking all information channels. If Zhao Guang didn’t forcibly perceive it through the contract, he wouldn’t have noticed anything amiss with Sephidya.
