He can win against 5-Star Ranker without using breathing techniques. It's more like she was using Adriana for so kind of drug or stimulating tool but soon Eli started to get adapted to this and can control himself most of the ti, Eli was impressed by her 'wonderful' thod but for so reason, Adriana still cannot control herself no matter what, she always turned into a horny beast.
