Liang Chen was clearly in distress, but he kept up a semblance of composure: “Qian Hua, I knew that this would be the outco, but I still wanted to try…”
In the end, the one who got hurt was him.
Liang Chen closed his eyes, remained silent for a while, then wiped his face with his hand. Looking as usual, he turned to Qian Hua and said, “Thank you for tonight, I’ll be going now.”
When Liang Chen finished speaking, he pushed open the car door and got out.
