Liang Chen only pulled a chair and sat down across from her after Jing Haohao had taken her seat.
Seeing the undried tears on Jing Haohao’s face, Liang Chen reached out his hand to wipe her tears.

Just as Jing Haohao began to curse herself for angering Liang Chen again, wondering how he was going to punish her this ti, Liang Chen shifted his gaze from her face, looking out the window.
After a while, Liang Chen turned back to Jing Haohao, her tears having dried on her face, leaving traces that were unnoticeable unless looked at closely. “How did you et Shen Liangnian when you were ten?” He asked.
Jing Haohao, who had been scared since she dodged Liang Chen’s hand, fearing that she would anger him again, answered obediently, “I couldn’t pay my tuition, and Liangnian’s father paid it for .”
Liang Chen heard her words, his brows slightly furrowed as he stared into Jing Haohao’s eyes for a mont before asking, “Your twentieth birthday is in four days, isn’t it?”
“Yes.” Jing Haohao responded, her voice small, before she nodded.
“And you’re planning to get married on that day?” Liang Chen asked, his gaze falling on the ring on her finger.
Jing Haohao, subconsciously raising her other hand to cover her ring, shook her head, then, realizing that she couldn’t tell him that she and Liangnian had agreed to give themselves to each other that night, she nodded again.
Liang Chen’s gaze turned colder: “I give you one day to clean up your things with Shen Liangnian.”
Jing Haohao looked up at him.
Liang Chen, staring into her eyes, said, “In simpler terms: you have one day to break up with Shen Liangnian.”
“Liangnian is your friend and your business partner, how could you take his girlfriend…” Jing Haohao shook her head, her voice firm, “it’s impossible…”

What an impossible!
Liang Chen let out a chuckle, “Haohao, you are truly naive. Do you think it’s up to you to decide what’s possible? I’m having these conversations out of respect for you. You should know better than to test . Not to ntion in Jiangshan City, even in the imperial capital, there aren’t many who dare to cross . So, forget about your self-made boyfriend who has built his company with your money. And just to be clear, Shen Liangnian’s company building is on my land, I can deprive his company of its offices at any mont. So don’t harm yourself nor others. After all, if you annoy , aren’t you the one who’s going to suffer?”
