Helia was giving him a Fierce gaze as he hadn't touched the tea she brewed and just tapped the cup with his finger.

Rio grabbed the cup to take a sip as Lioness was staring daggers at him for not drinking the tea.

*Slurp!*

'Fortunately, this irritating fellow has beco less annoying. He didn't hold grudges in front of Lia.'

Helia felt alleviated that Rio didn't decline a tea made by her because of their past grievance. She wanted to keep their relationship normal in front of her sister.

"She has brewed a good tea," Rio mumbled in a quiet tone.

Helia didn't show joy hearing his complint but deep down in her heart, there was a little happiness that flickered as everyone loves to be praised.

"What can I do with an elental affinity?" Rio questioned the beautiful sisters, instead of talking privately with Lia.

He asked outwardly as it was not sothing they needed to keep secret and the room was already drowned in stillness for a while as the couple was communicating behind Helia's back. So Rio chooses to break the silence.

"Why are you asking about the Elental affinity all of a sudden?" Helia scrunched her eyebrows.

It was an unexpected question for the blonde-haired beauty as she didn't know What Rio and Lia had talked about via telepathy.

"I have my reasons," Rio said in an enigmatic manner.

"I should let Helia answer or she would feel outcasted from the group." Lia thought inwardly and decided that her sister should give the explanation.

"An Elental affinity helps you to learn the battle technique arts or magic spells of that particular elent.

Also, the grade of your Elental affinity decides how strong your battle techniques or magic spell effects would be.

But you shouldn't think about it right now as you wouldn't have enough mana at the purple stage.

You can only awaken their Elental affinity after you advance to the black stage as our mana pool expands at this phase." Helia responded to his question in a simple manner.

"What's Battle Technique arts? I have never heard about these" Rio asked with a feeble frown.

"These arts have two types. The first one is Ancient Battle Techniques, which are found in Emperor ruins, and immortal tombs, or can be inherited from so of the gods' trials.

Ancient battle technique arts are also passed down in great clans that have deep roots as one of their ancestors had a lucky encounter to acquire such treasure.

The second is Artificial battle technique arts. These are created by true experts after understanding the profound law of each elent or combat style. Their disciple refines these arts for centuries or thousands of years to bring their power close to ancient one but no one has ever succeeded.

However, You can learn them after Awakening an elent, and right now you are only at the purple stage. So don't even think about it as it happens after you reach the black stage." Helia described to him in a nonchalant voice.

"Helia, do you have an Elental affinity Awakening Crystal?" Lia questioned her, as she was planning to help Rio with the Awakening ceremony.

"No, I don't have one here but there should be so in the Library. Why do you need it?" She asked in puzzlent.

"Can you bring it for please?" Lia requested her in a gentle manner.

"Okay...I'll go and fetch it." Helia stood up from the couch and walked out of the room.

After confirming that she had left, Rio asked, "Are you sure we can trust her with my secrets?"

"I can bet my life on it that she won't betray us. I trust Helia more than Father. She won't harm you for the Asuras as my sister knows how important you are to .

Helia would rather go against Father and the whole asura race to stand by my side if I'm protecting you." Lia said confidently about her blonde-haired sister.

"But why would she think I'm important to you," Rio mumbled, and didn't get convinced by her words.

"My sister already thinks you're a lot important to otherwise she knows I wouldn't let a human be around her just because he is my husband. Moreover, Helia knows about the prophecy.

The vision goddess had given you was also predicted by my grandfather. He had eyes of destiny as his innate talent, which later I also awakened.

It let us have a glimpse of the future through our dreams. I used to see myself dying in all my nightmares in a fierce war but after you ca into my life they changed into happy dreams. Eyes of destiny no longer show a future where I die anymore. I rather see dreams where we are happily living together.

And Helia knows about the prophecy that My future husband from a foreign land would protect from my desperate fate.

Although father knows it too but he may keep Asura's benefit higher than my husband's life since he didn't believe the prophecy like us but Helia wouldn't hesitate to stand in front of you to defend you in order to save from my destined death.

Father only agreed to our marriage after knowing he doesn't have ti in this world so he wanted to take the throne while also marrying to a human who would listen to his wishes."

Lia gave her long explanation to make Rio understand why Helia wouldn't betray them but she didn't ntion the fact Helia begged the white-haired beauty in their childhood to let her marry the sa husband as her sister.

"I didn't think he would keep people's interests higher than his daughter's life. Seems like he is a good Emperor but couldn't beco a good father." Rio said with a cold smile as he felt disdain towards Lia's father.

"This is also the reason why Helia isn't close to her uncle and only loves ." The white-haired beauty praised her sister.

'She doesn't know what that Lioness has done to in the past on our first eting.'

Rio sighed thinking about the past and day one when he t the Fierce blonde-haired girl.

He started reminiscing about the old days how the boy arrived in this world and how everything in his life changed.

His eyes fell on the cup and rembered the story about the first ti when Lia served him tea.

"What happened?" White-haired beauty asked him as she saw him lost in his thoughts.

"Do you rember when you brew tea for the first ti and I told you won't understand?" He asked her while gazing into her intrigued scarlet eyes.

***

Rio was busy talking to Emperor in his first training class when he felt that soone elbowed him on his side. He looked beside him and saw Lia indicating to him to drink the tea that she served him.

"Sorry, I was too focused." He floated the cup in front of his mouth.

*Slurp* *Slurp* *Slurp*

He put the teacup on the table after finishing it in one go.

"I wouldn't have robbed you of your tea if you drank it slowly." Lia mocked him.

"You won't understand so I'm not going to explain to you," Rio said while cheering in his mind.

***

Lia was thinking back to the past mories when they were sitting together to have a cup of tea as Rio reminded her of that mont.

Last ti they were having tea with Emperor Dylan and today it was with her beloved sister, Helia.

"Yeah...I rember but I didn't think much about it. why you said that day I won't understand?" Lia asked with puzzlent.

"I guess, I should tell you now. At that ti I didn't have mories of Layla. I only knew I had grandpa as my family in the past who cared for . After he passed away, I stopped talking to others and built high walls around myself.

Moreover, Grandpa was the person who adopted and took care of as a guardian. I didn't have any real relationship with him. I also doubt he might be doing It as a responsibility since he hid from Second Mother for so mysterious reasons.

However, it was different for my Wifey. When we were married, we got bound to each other by a holy oath and you beca my first family in both worlds. I had a soft spot for you since the first day because that oath assured you wouldn't betray .

Despite being a forced marriage I felt like my ho around you. As If you were my destined better half.

When you served a cup of tea that day my heart felt so warm because it was brewed by my first family. It's a blissful feeling to have soone who cares about you.

No one can understand the importance of food except the one who has starved for 16 years." He explained in an adoring tone towards his wifey.

Lia ruffled his crimson hair and pecked his forehead.

Helia was entering the room with a transparent blue sphere ball.

Seeing the duo being intimate, the black-haired beauty said in an embarrassed tone, "Sorry I ca at the wrong ti."

She started withdrawing herself from the room when Lia spoke with a coyish face, "We are not doing anything like that. You can co."

"Yeah. We are definitely not doing anything like that." Rio said in a serious voice and teased Lia in a mischievous manner.
